I wish I can give a zero Went through drive thru I couldn’t hear the worker on the mic we drive up and as I tell some lady sorry we couldn’t hear you she says cutting me off “it wasn’t me speaking “ very rude high pitch voice ending with I apologize after she catches herself giving an attitude. Second I asked for light ice and they filled up the cup with ice like are you kidding me. If I had the time to go back I would but I don’t. This place is already in a horrible spot and the service makes it worse!!!

👎 4th time I come here and the last time. Staff has bad attitude every time no matter what time of day or what day of the week they're always condescending and rude. Food tastes stale and coffee is watery / flavorless. The donut holes i just got are hard as a rock clanking around in the box. Im so annoyed dont waste your money. Sad because this is a convenient location. Go a little further to the location off Barton Rd near the 215 it is 1000x better like night & day.
The food tastes horrible, I order a avocado toast, it doesn't taste to avocado just lime, the donuts are dry, the pumpkin latte tastes more like just coffee and the chipotle hash brown is tasteless. Totally not recommended.

Every time I am in the area, I swing by to grab a boston cream donut or one of their lemonades. Always delicious, I think the girl's named Kayleigh, she has helped me in a lot of my transactions and gives good advice or items I should try within my rotations

Terrible service. Placed online order for iced coffee n wasn't ready till 20 mins later. Had to wait 15min in store. Since I was inside waiting decided to get a donut. They didn't want to ring me up because they were waiting for another cashier. once she got there they told me I had to step aside because they needed to ring up another customer. Told cashier my order was there. 2 donuts already in a bag but they refused to ring me up till they help other customer.

I ordered a quick small iced matcha but I only got two sips the whole drink was ice and this is my first time at this location. The matcha was good but I spent 5 dollars for a cup of ice. If you do lab on offering ask for light ice actually ask for no ice.
