This is the worst location I’ve ever gone to. The employees are so incredibly rude. The manager said that they sent a gift card since I was out of state and I was treated like crap and then when you try to get a hold of them, they don’t get back to you. They don’t even do what they say they’re gonna do. Do not go to this location one of the worst locations.

Stopped by for a coffee before attending a church event :) server and drive thru attendant was very helpful and patient when i was placing my order, thank you very much appreciated 💛🙏🏼 decided on the iced dunkalatte, loved it!

Not a big selection if you want o getting a dozen. Server (Alyssa) seemed bothered that I asked what other flavors in back so I can complete my dozen, had to change my order to 1/2 dozen. Atmosphere? High school students sitting around. Hope they improve. I wasn't impressed.

Place is dirty and customer service is nonexistent. Iced coffee was terrible and the cashier appeared to be bothered by the fact that she had customers to help. Never going there again!

Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin near the hospital I work at. For the past three years, they have ALWAYS been out of the cookie butter latte ingredients. Literally, every single time they are out of items I want, it’s such an inconvenience. And the girls in the drive-through always have a weird attitude. The grilled cheese I get is always burnt, never fails with this location. I never learn my lesson. I keep driving to this location, thinking it will be different, but it is the exact same thing every single visit. I’m officially done with giving them so many chances. I wish things can change because I love Dunkin.

They completely burned my grilled cheese… I go here before work and nobody else is in line (7:00 AM) and yet they still mess up my food? Really disappointed.

Really gross. I didn’t even finish the food. The food was cold & had no flavor. The workers were rude. It was I’m guessing… day shift around 10:13 Friday. It was my first experience at Dunkin & safe to say I’ll never go again.

I went with my family. My wife and 3year old son. We were so excited for our breakfast yesterday morning, Richard was our cashier! He was so attentive and waited for us to make up our minds. He spoke to my son who was asking questions and asked for his own donuts and juice. He was so sweet to him. Definitely will be coming here for our delicious drinks and donuts! THANK YOU RICHARD!!!

Waited about 20 minutes for 2 coffee drinks and 4 donuts after ordering on kiosk. The pumpkin latte was super sweet and I ended up throwing it away. I won't be back.

whoever made my matcha latte on july 6th at 3:33 pm it was perfection, PLEASE teach all employees to make matcha the same, i love the matcha here but now they make it way too light now and just tastes like milk 🥲

We are older adults and it was our first time going to a Dunkin. Never again. This Colton store was dirty & nasty. The customer service (if you want to call it that) was terrible. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence, then, another 5 minutes to help us. The sweetners were not accessible, I had to reach over the counter, and, the napkins were on top of a filthy trash bin. Ewww. We purchased the $5 special with med. coffee & two wraps. The sausage was too salty and bacon tasted fake. Very few donuts to choose from also. So disappointed.
