I went with my family. My wife and 3year old son. We were so excited for our breakfast yesterday morning, Richard was our cashier! He was so attentive and waited for us to make up our minds. He spoke to my son who was asking questions and asked for his own donuts and juice. He was so sweet to him. Definitely will be coming here for our delicious drinks and donuts! THANK YOU RICHARD!!!

whoever made my matcha latte on july 6th at 3:33 pm it was perfection, PLEASE teach all employees to make matcha the same, i love the matcha here but now they make it way too light now and just tastes like milk š„²

We are older adults and it was our first time going to a Dunkin. Never again. This Colton store was dirty & nasty. The customer service (if you want to call it that) was terrible. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence, then, another 5 minutes to help us. The sweetners were not accessible, I had to reach over the counter, and, the napkins were on top of a filthy trash bin. Ewww. We purchased the $5 special with med. coffee & two wraps. The sausage was too salty and bacon tasted fake. Very few donuts to choose from also. So disappointed.

Takes forever to get your order. not the staffs fault, looks like they are just really understaffed. The manager is very nice and apologetic. this place has great potential just needs more staff other the 3 workers juggling drive thru, mobile, instore orders..

I had to return THREE TIMES. The chick in the drive thru barely listens and moves too fast. They serve you old bacon and constantly are out of items.
The manager Brittany or whoever she is needs a crash course in customer service.

stopped by while I was doing an uber eats order & had a delicious Caramel coffee with Vanilla ā¤ļø. The ladies were super nice & friendly with a great service to match. The coffee was great 10/10

An egg and cheese sandwich is on the menu. It's also what I ordered. It was expressed to the cashier that I'm a vegetarian, so please be careful with cross-contamination. She assured us she would. There were 3 pieces of bacon on my sandwich anyway. Seriously? Skipped cross and went straight to contamination.

I donāt go inside the building because I go before work, but I have always been treated with respect and kindness! Best workers ! I used to do customer service and absolutely hated it because of the customers but these ladies always have a smile and are extremely nice! The food is great ! And so are the drinks! Extremely Cheap as well! Even when I donāt work I come all the way to Colton from Riverside because of the service I always receive! I just went and bought a refresher and sandwich! AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD/ drink I MIGHT ADD . Keep it up ladies! Definitely make my morning. Definitely recommend anyone to come here! Definitely says a lot if I live 5 min from a dunkin but choose to come to this one all the time. I forgot to add that my son is also obsessed with it here! Heās only 2 and he always points to come here and he gets 1 sprinkle donut and one glaze ! Overall you can call us #1 fans of it here š definitely obsessed with Dunkin !
