Don’t come to this location unless you want to be disappointed. They messed up my order multiple times in a row, first charging me for guac when I ordered queso dip then forgetting my drink and utensils. When I finally sit down to eat some of the chicken tasted like dish soap or some kind of cleaner and was inedible tasting as if they cross contaminated or didn’t properly rinse off the grills first or splashed mop water on it. Either way I’d rather not eat Dawn or Clorox or whatever it is. Do better, until then I’ll just go to Wendy’s next door.
Btw this isn’t the first time the chicken has tasted like this. Thought it was a fluke the first two times but the chef must be doing something wrong.

I’ve noticed that when I order food here, I keep getting charged for the whole meal but only receive the single item I asked for. This has happened to me multiple times at this location. Just a heads-up—make sure you check your receipt before leaving.

Thank the cashier for giving me a coupon. Food was not as good as I the other el pollo places I've visited. The chicken tasted as if its been sitting for hours.. it was dry and tasted funny. Very DRY. No

All bad 👎🏼 6 people in kitchen all talking and laughing on top of food , self order kiosk, AC is off and flies all over the food, and all employees done with shift walking out with the fresh chicken while they gave us the dried up chicken, not exaggerating just facts 😡

This is a great location. The food is all really good and the seating area is very clean. I was also happy to see the bathroom was maintained in clean as well. Great stop on a long trip or live in the neighborhood.
