Some friends and myself, stopped for lunch, greeted by the staff who was very welcoming. Our orders were taken, and the food was prepared as ordered, and delivered to our table. I wanted to order a sub I found on the website. Unfortunately this location didn't have it. But lovely Corinne said she can customize that exact sub! Her kindness and professionalism was outstanding!! She made my day!! My father and I enjoyed every bite of our fire house subs!!! Thank you Corinne for your thoughtfulness!! I will definitely be back!

Terrible experience. I came in hoping for a quick bite, but the atmosphere was chaotic. It looked like they had a large order or were short-staffed. One of the employees, a Black woman, was extremely rude she was cussing loudly, arguing with a customer at the counter, and snapping at her coworker in front of everyone. She kept saying they were new and that the manager had left them alone to deal with everything, but that doesn't excuse her behavior. At one point, she told the other employee she was going to walk out and leave him to handle it all. It was incredibly unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.

Terrible experience. I think the manager’s name is Natalie—she had a horrible attitude and zero professionalism. Then a tall guy named “Drew” literally said out loud that he hates the customers. Who says that while working?
Extremely rude staff. If they’re comfortable talking like that in front of people, I can only imagine how they treat customers behind the scenes. Not worth supporting a place that treats paying customers like an inconvenience.
Very good sandwiches I didn't give a 5 star bc when she weighed the meat she literally tore a lil piece of meat off I was kinda surprised

Was not welcoming and got my order wrong. I had such a simple order it makes no sense they didn't get it right. The ac in location wasn't functioning properly either. Im very understanding of being short staffed. I patiently waited but what's unacceptable is giving customers what you feel like.

Workers there are nice and thoughtful. Food here is amazing, I'd rather take the extra drive and spend the extra dollar here than any other sub sandwich place. My favorite is their meatball sub sandwich with their garlic bread.
