“It's a typical Ono BBQ, I ordered online and came to pickup. It took a few mins for them to acknowledge me and then took another 5 mins to get my food out to me. The food was hot and fresh, it was enough food with 1 of their combos to have for lunch the next day. The food is good but I felt like the flanken ribs were more bone than meat which I know happens sometimes.“

“Quick service but no explanation as to why I was charged extra .50 for fish for the special. I was told it would take 10 minutes to get the order. When I received the order, the fish was undercooked. The salad didn't have enough salad dressing on it.“

“Most of the time the BBQ beef, rice and macaroni salad are very good. So maybe they have changed or added a cook because tonight it wasn't up to par. Meat wasn't cut as thin and was a little touch. Also, portion was more cabbage than meat. Some minor adjustments and I could give it the usual five stars. Thank you for your great food!“

“My wife and I are disabled and attempted to order online about 7:30pm Tuesday, 1/20/26 so she could pick up. For some reason it kept rejecting our cards. An employee Nick was so very helpful, polite and accommodating. it was very refreshing for me to hear this as so many young folks would have just said sorry try later. He spent almost an hour with my wife, communicating with his manager to make it happen and even got us a discount for the problem. Thank you Nick for going above and beyond and the respect you showed my wife.If you were my employee I would give you a substantial raise and would bè in line for management position. Thank you again my friend!“

“Solid meal for your money, I also appreciate the portion of extra toppings you can add. Though, like most poke places they are very sparing on the protein servings. The only thing I don't recommend is the kimchi side. Idk if it was just the quality or if it was truly old but it wasn't good and I usually love kimchi
The atmosphere is your standard chain style. It was clean in the store though which is a plus

“Good value for the family meal. Lots of BBQ chicken and Veggies. Rice and macaroni salad, crispy strips of katsu chicken. Fried shrimp for an appetizer. Order extra of their hot sauce. The BBQ sauce is also good. Just two of us at home and we work weekends -- so this is all we need until Monday. Leftovers make a great soup. Add chicken broth to the sliced chicken, rice and veggies. Yum. Add a little chopped ginger, a few drops of sesame oil and chopped green onions.“

“What you come to expect of your typical Chinese food joint with the exception of having Hawaiian style barbecue comparable to L&L just not as expensive. Free refills at the soda fountain makes this place a fat boy's dream. You'll find yourself spending about $16 leaving like you just came out of a buffet. 🦫 Get some fat boy 👍“

My wife and I love this for lunch or date night at home. It's not the closest poke place, but it's our favorite. I cannot remember them ever messing up an order, which is a rare thing in casual takeaway.“

“This place is what a small restaurant should be. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food is great and the atmosphere is simple but comfortable. They aren't stingy with the servings either. They literally pack as much into the container as possible. In the picture is a combo C and it only cost a little under 13.00 dollars. It's like my new fast food home away from home.“
