I recently used them for a party and the food was delicious, the potato tacos were definitely a huge hit, we ran out so fast. Everything went smoothly from planning to drop off I had no problems and will definitely be using them for any other parties in the future. Great experience here. Not often do I get to enjoy the cactus dish nopales, and this place did not disappoint. The asada burrito is a generous sized portion where the beef is tenderly prepared. Lots of taco fillings to choose from, including al pastor, carnitas, pollo, and asada. There is a beef soup that is prepared in the same style as menudo, which my wife thoroughly enjoyed (a big fan of menudo!). I had catered lunch, and found that the delivery times were very good, arriving a bit early.Hope to revisit them soon!

Eddie and his crew were able to help us out for a last minute taco party we were having. With two days notice, we worked out a menu and an extremely reasonable price. Most of my friends are vegetarian and the soy chorizo and potato tacos were a hit! Thank you Eddie!

I honestly don't know where to begin but the entire experience with Eddie was incredible. First, he was the easiest and most chill person to plan and work with, So simple and smooth. Second, he drove his trailer at least an hour out to our off the grid desert camp in Joshua Tree, down a long bumpy dirt road with little lighting in the middle of nowhere and despite getting a tad lost, showed up with a huge smile on his face and ready to feed us. Then the food was absolutely delicious. Our party couldn't stop raving about it. The al pastor tacos and fried potato tacos were a smash but as a vegetarian I loved the tofu fajitas. He even brought lights and music and was an absolute joy while serving all this delicious food. By far the best catering / food experience I've ever had!

This was my first time having tacos catered for a Xmas /house party. My neighbors all recommended Eddie. Not only was his pricing competitive but the food was spectacular. So many compliments on the food quality from our guests. Eddie didn't disappoint and really made our party one to remember. Thanks Eddie. Yelp is specifically created for that and To help business owners and entrepreneurs grow and improve on any negative review. If my opinion is viewed as slander by you I'm sorry you feel that way. Most professionals and entrepreneurs would apologize or at least of all help to correct the issue. You on the other hand took it as a personal attack. You should at least tell the truth which you are not. Now let me get to the review. My review is my experience and truth about what happened. My honest opinion about my encounter with Eddie at first was a good one. When I asked him where we could meet up to discuss the contract he stated I could go to his house. If he wanted to conduct business by phone he should have mentioned it, it would not have been a problem for me again I am a professional as well. I was a little weary about Meeting him at his home because I have never met him, And only knew him Through his Facebook app. Although I was very weary about going to his home I agreed to meet him. He did not invite me in it was raining. He asked if it was OK to sit outside in his porch by his fire that he had put on again I obliged and said OK. Not a problem a little unprofessional realistically but not a problem. He acted like his wife specifically went out of her way to make me coffee she did not, she was handing her spouse Eddie a coffee and offered me his coffee because she saw me outside. Out of respect and courtesy i accepted it. I did not finish the coffee Eddie. Second of all it was never a problem with your deposit, $150 was not the issue or problem for me. You specifically offered to let us try your food at your event that you were hosting on Wednesday. You did not give us a due date or date you needed the deposit. It was not 24 hours later when you text me to tell me the date was booked by someone else. Please do not act like you went out of your way to contact me you were not clear with your due date you were not clear explaining when you needed the money by and you were not clear that you had other people waiting for that date. You never mentioned any of this while I was at your home. If that was your issue you should have stated so when I was at your home, and provided me an invoice. Professionals provide a detailed invoice before deposit is paid. You did not but are stating deposit required? Seems a bit unprofessional Eddie. All this Could have been dealt with at the time I was at your home. Im sure something could have been worked out. I cannot say anything about your food I have not tried it I am only speaking on the business aspect. I am a professional as well and have also worked with many vendors. You Have every right to rebuttal my opinion but at least tell the truth of what really happened and how you failed to explain deposit due date, you never told us we were at risk of losing the date. Explain your side of the story but please explain all of it and the truth not bits and parts of it. It is clearly a misunderstanding I wish you the best. And to the comment regarding the baby shower, I will definitely have a very good turn out for the baby shower as I have already found another vendor who was clear on every aspect. And provided an invoice. Just a little advice Yelp is created for reviews good or bad sorry you see it as slander. I'm just looking out for the customers. And yes I agree thank goodness we avoided headaches and bad business.

I met with the owner of this business on Monday regarding catering for my baby shower, we went over the details and talked about the grand total. To my understanding he needed a $150 deposit to save the date which is understandable, he didn't mention if it was non refundable. He told me he was having an event in two days and encouraged us to stop by to try the tacos, which I was looking forward to. The very next day he let me know my date was booked... (event in December) due to no deposit and "someone else booking that day". Not to mention him as a business owner he couldn't meet us half way or any where close by to talk about business. I drove to his house. To make matters worse he contacted me at 9:30 pm to tell me he wasn't going to do my event. Overall I would say he is unprofessional and not a courteous business man. I would not book without trying food, that's pretty fair as a PAYING customer. Overall I'm glad I didn't potentially lose over $1000 with a person who doesn't care about customer service.

We enjoyed our meal at Hecho en Mexico! We had carnitas and the plate was plentiful with lots of juicy carnitas nopales salad guacamole rice and beans and home made tortillas.Wow! The staff felt bad that the meal took some time to come out, but you know what, we are just coming out of Covid and the restaurant needs cooking staff. But that only means the owner is believes in his restaurant and is taking the realm as head chef. More power to you Senior! Viva México!!!
