I’ve been going to Boba time in Colton since they opened. I live a few blocks away. My family and I we love their drinks. I’m big in customer service and sadly this place doesn’t have that. I order all the time do an online order and pick up. Well you would think we would get greeted first of all and second receive my drinks as soon as I walk in the door, well that doesn’t happen. I stood there for good 5 minutes and several workers just doing things, fixing straws, getting orders ready, talking to each other and no employee acknowledges you. One of the employee had to stop making drinks to come and help me, because the other employee getting the orders ready couldn’t assist me mind you he had my order and he put it away. That happens all the time I pick up my order. That’s great that the owner gives our young people opportunity to work and learn. I think there should be more training in customer service. I’ve been hesitant to write this review, but the owner needs to know needs the feedback to make his business a better place.

Finally made a pit stop in trying this boba place in the area! The staff was very friendly upon arrival and they had so many selections to choose from! They have boba, shaved ice, milk and iced teas. They also have coffee beverages and macaroons! They definitely have a little for everyone. Each item looked so good! The place inside looks very clean and they have a little bit of sitting area in case you want to enjoy your treat there and ambiance is very quiet to moderate. I only tried their Thai milk tea with no boba this time around but will definitely be back to try their shaving ice treats!
