Coming home from work, tired, stop to get something fast to eat. Thinking the personnel, we'll double check an order before giving it to customer. Not only was my munching meal, missing my 2 tacos, I find it almost impossible. And adding munchie, meal only comes with 4 onion wreaths. And not even a normal size either, they ran out and said, what the hell let's just throw what we have in also ordered curly fries, not only were they stale and cold, not even half of the container was full. Getting home and finding this out does not want you to jump back in your car and go complain. I called the establishment and no one answer the phone to speak to a supervisor to see what they can do for me, not the first time. I've had issues at this location. Also, they are extremely slow in the drive through. And once you get your order something that always is wrong with it, whether it's something major or minor. Checking the box needs to improve their service. It's a big time

Bad service at night only like 1 or 2 very lazy slow workers if you are in a rush at night or come on lunch break like I did you may be late after receiving food here.

Went to buy some food on my lunch break the employees are very nice and very Quick it was amazing how fast these Hispanic wonderful ladies and the gentleman on the back were quick at taking the orders the drive thru and walk ins great customer service for the little amount of people they had working. And the lady on the front substitute the fries for 2 tacos 🌮 thank u

So I ordered that new mint mocha oreo shake thing and it looks nothing like the picture plus when I picked up the oreo shake the lady with orange hair said it was the right shake when it was clearly green. Idk how prices go up but quality is worse.

I went on Feb 12 2025 to 1199 n mt Vernon Colton Calif about 10-1030:am after I went to flu study it was raining I went to report symptoms. On the way to bus is jack-in-the-box I went in to order bus went by . I asked if had ice coffee they said yes you have to order on kiosk. I explained I can't see out of left eye and my dominant hand has 30% use. They said sir you have to order on kiosk I tried couldn't do it so I left to catch bus to San Bernardino

I'm not going to use their machine to order my food. It seems like whenever I do the self-serve thing here, my food gets processed last. When I asked about it, I got completely ignored. Maybe they don't speak english.
