Went to buy some food on my lunch break the employees are very nice and very Quick it was amazing how fast these Hispanic wonderful ladies and the gentleman on the back were quick at taking the orders the drive thru and walk ins great customer service for the little amount of people they had working. I went on Feb 12 2025 to 1199 n mt Vernon Colton Calif about 10-1030:am after I went to flu study it was raining I went to report symptoms. On the way to bus is jack-in-the-box I went in to order bus went by . I asked if had ice coffee they said yes you have to order on kiosk. I explained I can't see out of left eye and my dominant hand has 30% use. They said sir you have to order on kiosk I tried couldn't do it so I left to catch bus to San Bernardino

Food looked as if someone had "sat" on it and I didn't order any "Smashed" burger
Service, they didn't listen to my order, I didn't receive the extra pickles I wanted.
Atmosphere, it was just another 'Drive-thru" in San Bernardino nothing special.
