I ordered 2 single patty burgers with cheese with no drink and no fries at 4:03 and still dident get the food for a while at 430 they still haven't had thw food ready so I decided to leave because I assumed a fast food place would have quick service and I needed to be somewhere. The room was nearly empty and maybe one or two people ordered while we waited. It should not take this long to get 2 cheeseburgers

My friend and I got hungry early hours of the morning approximately 1 a.m.. We placed our order through the drive-through, then the young lady took our order we got our food pretty fast and we were on our way. Everything was separated from one order to another in different bags only thing my food was a little in the cold side so I ate what i could and disposed of the rest.
This place doesn’t seem to give a damn when you ask for no lettuce bc you are allergic to it. Took it back three different times bc lettuce was put. Olivia the manager says she’ll replace my entire order when I come in next time. Cool. I call today to try and do so, and no one is answering the phone? Very unprofessional. Very upsetting. I will be getting in touch with cooperate

Great place to get a quick bite to eat. Staff is usually nice. Service is sometimes slow. But nothing out of the ordinary.
I went last Tuesday at around 8pm and the young man behind the counter was the best thing about this location because he was nice, but the old lady standing in the corner ruined my appetite with her rude face and demeanor.

In the drive thru at 10:50 am with 4 cars ahead. Placed order, paid at window about 12 min. Later. Fries and sandwich were luke warm. That early I expected all to be blazing hot. Very disappointed, since it's so expensive even for fast food anymore. ?

Honestly the worst jack in the box experience I've had. Ordered through the app and all my food was old I could tell because I've worked at jacks in the past. Even the lettuce on my sandwhich was bad. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.
