This Jack-in-the-Box is near our home so me and my husband go quite often. Every time we order, we’re asked to go park in the front because they don’t want get in trouble for their timers. Even though we were literally the ONLY car in the drive-through, we will still be asked to park in the front where we have to wait extra time for them to come bring it to us. Not to sound rude, but the timers have nothing to do with the me This situation is very annoying because it happens quite often.

The food is so good 😋 it just takes a while to get the food even if tho there is not much people
I ordered 2 single patty burgers with cheese with no drink and no fries at 4:03 and still dident get the food for a while at 430 they still haven't had thw food ready so I decided to leave because I assumed a fast food place would have quick service and I needed to be somewhere. The room was nearly empty and maybe one or two people ordered while we waited. It should not take this long to get 2 cheeseburgers

My friend and I got hungry early hours of the morning approximately 1 a.m.. We placed our order through the drive-through, then the young lady took our order we got our food pretty fast and we were on our way. Everything was separated from one order to another in different bags only thing my food was a little in the cold side so I ate what i could and disposed of the rest.
