We pass through this location (Colton) and this girl behind the microphone speaks in excited voice saying ‘would you like to try our new yada yada yada’. We say no. And the switch is just shocking we are petrified but laughing after the order. We order a large coke lime, we drive off and later we find out, they gave us regular coke and the cup isn’t the large as we know it. Plus we found out from another Jack in the Box location that the large cup we know will no longer exist. So we basically paying more for less now. Got it. The reason I go is because of the coke lime but a great reason to totally stop spending money there.

I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier was nothing but respectful to the homeless man as he asked at least 50 questions about what comes with several different combinations and the sizing of said combos, so he could assess what items would provide him with the most food for the few dollars and change he had to his name. That took patience, I'm sure, that not many people would have in that situation. I applaud the young man behind the counter and the manager for hiring him. That meal was important to this homeless man and if anyone had been in that position that didn't have empathy and compassion for his fellow man, that situation could have been ugly, I know because I have seen it! The food was hot and yummy too!! Good job Jack in the Box!
