I made an online order to be picked up on Thursday October 17, 2024 at 6:11 PM. I thought about checking my Jack in the Box Bag in which all my order was put in but didnāt do it. So take this as an advice in checking your online orders before you walk out with your meal of your day. My Large Curly Fry were not in my online order. The food was made as how I ordered it and it was good.
Parking: There is decent parking lot spaces to go and do pick up orders or even dine in.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am not sure on having wheelchair accessibility on the parking lot.

Went thru the drive in, this morning to order 2 side salads and I was floored and upset to see how empty these containers were. Itās happened to me once but I was giving them the benefit of doubt that it was on a (Monday) but I went back today (Thursday) and same thing. Iām very disappointed on how the packaging was done, barely a leaf of lettuce and the another one was all cheese and carrots. Photos attached.

I went through the drive-through to pick up an order that was made through the mobile app. When I arrived to the window, I was met by a hostile, argumentative and aggressive gentleman working at the drive-through window. He told me to drive to the front because the person behind me had a smaller order and my order was not done yet. They would bring my order to the front. Iāll let him know that I I did not feel comfortable in the front of the restaurant, and I would like to wait in the drive-through as I did press pick up my order from the drive-through or give me a refund. He refused. He began to argue with me, walk OUTSIDE the restaurant, yell at me, threaten to call the police and take pictures of me. I would really hope that this encounter can be addressed. I asked for a refund and A receipt but he refused to give me either. Very dangerous situation. I am a women. What did he walk outside of the restaurant for? He was looking for a fight & I think thatās a huge problem working on customer service

Horrible experience my friend and I ordered through the drive through not to long ago and I was really thirsty so I drank my soda really quick but I went inside to get a refill and they just turned the soda machine off I donāt know why I have my receipt and charge on my bank app to prove Iām not lying . And they didnāt say anything the two people who were working were just quiet didnāt say I need to pay for a refil they just stood there looking at me thinking I was homeless or something because I was in gym shorts or something I wouldāve been happy to pay it but because of this experience I will take my business to another jack in the box . Also I double want this experience be taken up to the district manager because this is unacceptable because Iām a paying customer and just because I looked dirty they just assumed and turn off the machine and just looked at me
