Best chicken in all of southern California! Been frequenting this place for over 40 yrs! Half chicken and whole chicken meal deals are very reasonably priced. I've ordered the party packs and all my guests were surprised and extremely delighted! Do yourself a favor and get some of this delicious chicken! You won't be disappointed!!!
Love the tacos 🌮. Wish they would make sure the.bones were removed along with overly cooked pieces. I've been going here for over 20 yrs and the prices have atleast tripled. Sides are extremely expensive.

Typically I love Juan pollo. But this is my first visit to this location I usually go to the one-off of Jurupa in riverside. This place needs a bit of help. I came in about 30 minutes before closing and the crew consisted of one lady cleaning with a stinky mop 1 young man at the counter and 2 in the kitchen. Customer service was great food came out quick but not as good as the other location. My main concern is how stinky the mop is. If you cannot tell that the stench in your restaurant is from a dirty bacteria filled mop then you should not be working in food service. I do not know this for sure but I assume the lack of proper management may be responsible for the disappointment I experienced at this location

Took too long for my food. Chicken bones in my taco. They charge for extra salsa. The Juan Pollo on 5th Street is way better with a friendly staff and no bones in the food.

The older gentleman who worked the cashier was so rude and unfriendly!!! We wanted to eat in and that seemed to irritate him so bad. After we sat down he then proceeded to put caution comes and a sign blocking and dividing the sit down area saying SITDOWN AND RESTROOM CLOSED!!. Which then left us trapped in the dinning room!! Will not return

Haven't gone to a Juan Pollo in years. Glad I pulled up here. The chicken was juicey and delicious. The family enjoyed the rice and beans but the potato salad was really good and my favorite. Plus this JP is one of the only ones left that put chicken in the rice!!!

I haven’t had Juan pollo in a long time decided to try it again unfortunately I was terribly disappointed the chicken had a weird taste to it kind of like chemicals and was dry I spent over $70 I would expect the food to be edible please fix this issue
