Took too long for my food. Chicken bones in my taco. They charge for extra salsa. The Juan Pollo on 5th Street is way better with a friendly staff and no bones in the food.

The older gentleman who worked the cashier was so rude and unfriendly!!! We wanted to eat in and that seemed to irritate him so bad. After we sat down he then proceeded to put caution comes and a sign blocking and dividing the sit down area saying SITDOWN AND RESTROOM CLOSED!!. Which then left us trapped in the dinning room!! Will not return

Haven't gone to a Juan Pollo in years. Glad I pulled up here. The chicken was juicey and delicious. The family enjoyed the rice and beans but the potato salad was really good and my favorite. Plus this JP is one of the only ones left that put chicken in the rice!!!

Love Juan pollo but I won't be coming back to this location I felt unwelcome and when I got home saw my chicken was burnt and the flower tortillas hard like it overheated I wish I could post a picture
I haven’t had Juan pollo in a long time decided to try it again unfortunately I was terribly disappointed the chicken had a weird taste to it kind of like chemicals and was dry I spent over $70 I would expect the food to be edible please fix this issue
Got the $30 mini pack on 1/26/25. The chicken was incredibly dry. The rice tasted like straight salt. The tortillas had mold on them. Never again getting this overpriced garbage. This placed used to be great I don't know when they started to go down hill so much.
