So this was my 2nd time eating at this place. First time the food was off didn’t taste the same as the other locations but decided to give it a second try maybe first time just wasn’t it…. So this time we got rice that was raw!!! Not completely raw but there was SEVERAL parts were. Like you couldn’t eat a spoon of rice without getting raw bits. After going twice and messed up food this Juan pollo is def not the spot to buy. Go to any other Juan pollo. I did call and spoke to the manager telling her to check her rice and let her know it’s not right giving food like this. It’s not cheap to eat out, for raw rice I could’ve made it at home and saved money. She did offer to replace the rice but honestly I wouldn’t go there again so no use replacing the rice…. It’s a waste of time n gas.Ps if Juan pollo decides to respond save it dude all your response are very generic And as I can see just four weeks ago, somebody complained about your rice being raw as well so you guys instead of responding to reviews learn how to fix your kitchen and produce proper food for clients

Bought home the family pack and tasted the rice it’s soggy but hard in the middle! They didnt quality check their food! Make sure to check before you take it! What a waste of money!

I have eaten at this place for over 25 years. Something changed. Food is not the same. Prices went up, and the quality went down.
The chicken was juicy and tasty. Prices are somewhat reasonable, 1/2 chicken meal for $11.99. The sides I got, mashed potatoes and rice, were good, rice includes pieces of chicken. Service is fast too.
We got the family pack. Their rice is really good. Food was delicious. The salsa is just tomato& carrot not any flavor. Service was ok. The atmosphere was kinda dead. They don't turn on tv for their guests no music. Kids were bored.

Besides the busy phone lines for making phone calls,The Whole chicken plates are Amazing and very Fast service. 10 out of 10 The extra hot sauce is a must need. Restaurant is overall clean.

Horrible customer service. Workers in especially the older hispanic man and and the older lady that work here are ridiculously rude to hispanic customers. Complete sell outs, they don't treat white people this way. Soda machines are disgusting, their soda takes like bleach. If you ask for a drink exchange they dump your drink and fill the same Dr Pepper cup with lemonade. Food is mediocre and dry. Potatoe salad tasted rancid. Absolutely horrible location!! Stick to the recipe, clean out your soda machine and check your horrible attitude!

Got dinner tonight and when I got home there was no flour tortillas with my dinner. I was craving mini burritos and was not able to eat it because they were closed.

They do a great rotisserie and all their sides are always fresh,especially the potato salad. You can break the whole chicken meal into two small meals if you want to. Great food and great service every time!

I ordered the Two Taco Combo- with rice and a fruit punch. Usually I don't have any problems with the food but today the rice is gross, its hard so it may be old or over/under cooked. ?
