This is a great location. The employees are always nice and welcoming. The smoothies and bowls always taste great and they are the most consistent. The service is always fast. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

Workers were rude and have no respect went in to get my drinks last night and it wasn’t even closing time yet and she had her register already counted out and told me no more cash only card so I go out get my card and as I walked in she was saying some really bad things with her other coworker and didn’t know I was in there …. She was say like why do I have to make the drinks why did I come in and using cuss words …..honestly the drinks aren’t free and I don’t mind paying as I do every single time I go to juice it up …..Im a loyal customer and this has never happened to me before…..store hours clearly show that ur location is open when i walked in and in operating times…..but they didn’t want to make the juices or something …. Felt so uncomfortable they started turning lights off and everything … it’s clear they didn’t want to work they wanted to leave….people want to get paid to do nothing like I wasn’t disrespectful in any way I just order my drinks and they were mad cause they had to work smh 🤦♀️these girls were beyond disrespectful especially the one with the glasses

Don’t add extras that you’re gonna be paying for because they’re not gonna give you your whole worth of smoothie if it doesn’t fit in the container. When you ask for the rest of it because you spent an additional five dollars the staff will look you in your face and say no, but throw the rest of your smoothie in the trash. Which is a waste of five Plus dollars. My last time going to this one

Drove 15 mins to come here. Got here at 7:25pm. Store says they are open until 8pm. Workers are in the store with open sign on and door locked. Really inconsiderate. Just lost a faithful customer. Will drive to the one in San Bernardino or Riverside instead.

My bowl was good but I payed for a large and they gave me a regular and I didn't notice till I was already home and saw my actual order details I'm sad but at least it was good

I've been to multiple Juice It Ups in the area and this location is the worst by far. I placed a mobile order arrived 15 minutes after, and still had to wait 10 minutes to get my bowl. The young lady up front was in a bad mood, rudely told me that she is working on smoothies and not yet on bowls. Then when it was finally done, she placed the bowl down and dropped a spoon on the counter and stated "there it is." No eye contact, no sorry about the wait, just plain rude! Will never return. 7/30/2024

Had a genuinely disgusting experience with the manager Mike, as someone who is constantly at Juice it Up I’ve never had a bad experience until this specific store.We came in and were told to wait so we did, he then comes in and decides to take our order.We ask about the deal from the app and try to show him and he was dismissive and said “We’ll get to that” on top of that he kept pressuring us to check out even though we were still trying to order and kept asking “Is that all?” several times when we were trying to ask for clarification on the deal. He was incredibly belittling and when called out for it he started to be mocking. Other customers who came in weren’t mistreated but it was interesting how he only acted that way when we came in. Because he was confronted with it, he refused us service even when all we were asking was for clarification on one specific deal we were already showing him. How unfortunate and unprofessional. All that hostility over juice? Seriously? There were a lot of unnecessary microaggressions coming from him.
