Staff was very rude.. ordered a bowl no chicken just hard breading got an attitude when I asked if they can give me edible chicken.. when I ordered didn’t say they were out of corn like at least state that when I’m ordering just horrible service

This KFC franchise is just the absolute worst never in my life of my experience such horrible customer service. I literally got to the window and was asked. What do I want? How dare you speak to someone in that way? I do not recommend this restaurant I wouldn’t go there if I can give it -500 stars I would. Absolute disgrace and the food is disgusting just like the workers attitudes.

They always get my order wrong. Even if they read it back right on the drive-thru speaker box, I'll pay at the window, drive home and then find out I'm missing something. Or they read it back right at the drive-thru speaker and then read it back wrong at the window. How is that possible??
Update 10/24/25: Placed a mobile order and the drive-thru was long, so I went inside to pick up. 2 employees working the drive-thru and nobody helping me at the counter for 5-10 minutes. For all they know I came inside to order or even came inside to order and eat inside. I finally holler at one of the 2 drive-thru employees to help me. It turns out my food was ready and just sitting back there getting cold.

Today around 9/29 5:30 PM there was a huge altercation with me and one of the staff members he was wearing a gray sweater higher management should check the cameras because he was yelling at me and cussing at me and trying to get physical with me over some sauce!! very unprofessional do not come here ,he should be fired!

Your workers work incredibly slow. Other store would get the order done long ago. We could see how you work from the counter. The workers dont even want to move a muscle at all.

Been going here for awhile since I live around the corner and getting terrible service BUT today I met a young gentleman by the name of Romero, this guy was professional,outgoing and very good attitude considering how busy it was. Brought my order to the car without asking. Romero gives me hope with this generation. Can’t say enough of Romero…keep up the positive attitude my friend.

First time stopping here through the drive-thru. We were rushed to order and asked for “fruit punch” and got a slushy drink. Ordered fries and got mashed potatoes. The meal came with a biscuit but weren’t told the biscuits would be ready in 12 minutes. The drive-thru employee was rude and the manager was not any better. When I went in to get my order corrected, the other employee walked away when I asked for my receipt. When I asked for the manager, she just walked up to the counter with an attitude and no apology for the error. There is a reason why this location is kiosk, drive-thru or order online only. The service is terrible. My nachos were nothing but crumbs! Another customer said they are always treat people the way I was treated and just don’t care.

Tired of coming here. Family comes here multiple times order the same thing say it loud enough and they always get the order wrong. My mom’s older and can’t use the kiosk and they expect you to use it and we end up waiting for someone to help and they seem like they don’t like doing their job or wanting to help. Order extra crispy they never have or they do and they don’t give you what you ask. Better off going somewhere else. Asked for a change because of something messed up. Lady ended up tossing the meal in the trash with an attitude right in front of my family. A 3 piece meal. Not even touched.

I placed an online order for one of my resident at a post acute that got lost by door dash my resident was really upset. Ramiro the supervisor at this location and if his not he should be. Helped me get the order deliver to my residents after so many calls not only from myself but from him to. He was able to get my resident the order re-deliver. Thank you so much 💓 Ramiro not only from myself but from my resident here at the post acute.
