I have only had the pork tamales with red sauce, but I keep going back for them! I have heard the champurada is very good too.

Some of the best soft tasty fresh pan Dulce I’ve had in a long long time. We stopped in on a Friday in the afternoon. The Mexican sweet bread was still soft and tasty on the third day. My favorite are the Elotes chocolate, vanilla, and traditional cinnamon oh so good! The have tamales, champurrado and atoleParking: Right on the corner at mt Vernon

We were in town for a week, we went to another bakery nearby, they didn't have my favorite kind. Lo and behold we saw this place as we headed back home. They had the best ever Elote in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla and traditional cinnamon. Our Pan Dulce was so tasty, soft fresh even on the third day! It was the best pan Dulce we've had in years! Not kidding. Friendly service nice assortment of sweet breads .. tamales and champurrado and atole too. We will be back and I'll tell everyone I can tell. Sorry, I didn't take pics

Bread is horrible, tamales are either not cooked or over cooked and dry, I've found mold, customer service is horrible and let's not mention how disgusting everything is. Marcella the owner, Michelle, Diana and all the other employees are terrible! Go to Lesley's Bakery on highland arrowhead instead. EVERYTHING they make is AMAZING!

I have had a lot of tamales this year. Homemade...From home pick up, to cars and vans to roadside stands. ? And these ones have been the best so far. The cheese and jalapeños. And the lady that helped us, was so nice. She was concerned because she said they had sat there for a while, inside the warmer. But, they were delicious! She even gave us 3 extra to say sorry hope u like them!!! (In the picture their tamale is in the back. I wanted to show the size difference. 2nd tamale picture, theirs are on the mostly white plate!)

First I want to start by saying this , we are not picking or bragging that we want our money back it’s not like that, these tameles they look uncooked I came here like 2 years ago I told my husband I didn’t want to come here any more because the tamales they look uncooked he was craving them so we came here yesterday 12/30/23 as soon as my husband brought them to me yesterday I saw them and you could still see the masa not being fully cooked. This is a picture of the tamal that I bought yesterday and broke down..people don’t come to this bakery if you’re looking for some good tamales RUN!!

The service is so dang horrible if you don't know Spanish they discard you. I posted the pic of the lady she is so rude!!! She has a scar on her chin just for reference if people come in contact with her that are non bilingual she refused to help me and walked away because I didn't speak Spanish! Then took the whole line which was long as hell and finally called another older lady who also didn't speak English but she tried so hard to help and did she was very sweet. The worst part was the tamale had MOLD on the husk I would never go there again pics posted tamales 3.50 each

Stopped in for tamales and all they had was pork. That's exactly what we were wanting. Thought I would get a half a dozen. We bought some sweets too. One piece looked like a giant Hostess Cupcake, my daughter's choice. We bought some buñelos and a couple cream filled cones. Omg the tamales were huge. They were delicious, filled with red chili and pork. They were juicy and not dry. Have you ever craved something and had them not taste right? This place came through. If I wasn't going to make homemade I would have ordered more. We at before even leaving the parking lot. Couldn't wait to get home. These were freshly cooked.
