Everything is very good but the staff serves you poorly and the bionic fruit is almost given to you whole, they don't divide things well

Cool place to have ice cream but they don't clean or maintain the tables n seats. It's always dirty when I go in.

3 employees working around 6pm. Two of the employees were doing preps in the back and 1 employee in front taking Care of customers, the other two in the back didn't care to come to the front and help. I'm going to come back and if this still happening I'm going to call Health Department or someone else

I was touched by a very rude girl, she had the phone in her hand and my baby asked her for a nive and she threw it at him, she has no kindness at all, she had a light pink shirt and no name badge, very rude and with an angry face.

OH EM GEEE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am baffled that I have been treated so poorly in every other place that I have ever gone to; but this place, this place is truly unlike the rest. To begin i had stepped foot into this fine establishment when a gorgeous young man greated me upon entering. I had learned his name to be Gerardo. This handsome man attended me so quickly and although after a couple minutes i did not know what I wanted he stayed patient with me. In the end what i wanted was the creamy and delicious fresas con crema, after i ordered it I watched as he filled my cup up so carefully. I finished the order and I wanted to make sure that the fresas con crema tasted as magnificent as it looked and it did!!!! I had accidentally spilled the sticky white goey substance onto my lips and cheek. To my surprise with his already outstanding service he offered to wipe this substance off of my face and he did. We shared a beautiful moment and I gave him a BIGGGG tip right after. This is the finest establishment I have visited to date and I’ve gone to many michelin star restaurants who don’t even come close to this perfect service provided by Gerardo. Gerardo is truly one for the people and with all due respect I would like to suggest he get a raise, because of his service I sure will be back again like many others for his white, creamy and perfectly crafted treats!!!

Great ice cream, Aguas frescas, paletas, and more!! Definitely the best Michoacana around here.

Of all the Michoacanas in IE, this is without a doubt my favorite ❤️ ps: the fruit water - strawberry palette with cream ??

Very bad service, the cashiers had terrible character, they even denied me the sanitary service because it wasn't useful and an acquaintance of theirs arrived and they did let him in.
