The food and service was great. I will be going back to try other things. I would recommend Maria's Cafe. I can't remember the name of the dish, but it was steak/beans/rice and it was good. However, at my nxt visit, I'll be trying the Camarones in a Chile sauce.
Maria Cafe in Colton, CA, is a fine Mexican restaurant serving mostly authentic dishes. I had the bacon wrapped shrimp special plate served with an excellent salad and refried beans. It was delicious. My wife and I had their flan for dessert. It, too, was excellent. We will return here soon.
This was our first time visiting this restaurant. They were very friendly and we were able to be seated quickly even though the place was pretty full. I had the two tacos lunch, my husband had the chorizo and eggs, and our granddaughter ordered the carne asada wet burrito. Our food was good and plentiful. We can tell by the beans and rice if it’s a good restaurant and this certainly is very good. The beans and rice were delicious. I only wish that the taco shells were fried...
