So i went to this place and used the kiosk to order had an issue so chose pay at counter but the staff didn't even know how to ring me up, so i decided to pay cash and the guy at the register couldn't even give me the right amount of change 🫤. Got home to see that my sons happy meal has 6 fries , they left out the extra fries and had 1 nugget missing......... All these places Choosing to rely on tech instead of the staff is ridiculous. Train the staff! I mean they are getting $20 an hour after all.

whoever works closing shifts & on drive thru on Tuesday's, needs to do better. My partner, daughter and I went around 8:30-8:50pm thru drive thru and nobody was answering or saying anything through the speaker. No greet nothing. For a good 5-6min waiting. Then my we pulled forward to see if we see anyone and we did see a young male. Just on the register… we just drove. We were all hangry. At 8:30 when they close at 11pm.

The new mexican kid, maybe 17, working there doesnt know how to direct the flow of drive thru traffic and directed me to park in 3 different places. Then likely because of this we never got our food. 20 minutes for a happy meal and the only reason we got it is because I went inside to get what I paid for. The only person here that gets our order right is the Leonardo Decaprio lookin ahh
This location used to be good but the service has declined tremendously. Every time I have ordered through the drive-through they make me park and I have to wait at least 20 minutes before they come and bring out my food, and this is also when there is no one in line. And when they do bring out the food, it's cold and missing either an item or the condiments that I have requested. With the wage and price increase, they should also be further training their employees on how to have better customer service and to make sure they pay attention to what customers order. It's really ridiculous!
