Disappointed. I got the Deluxe Breakfast combo and they didnât give me a drink or my hash brown. I got home noticed there was a hash brown missing so I googled to see if maybe I was wrong turns out they skimped me out of a drink too. Be careful when going here. Worst part is I went to drive through and they had me wait in the parking lot just to get all that wrong.

This location needs help or they just have some slow workers. Why does it takes more than 10-15 minutes for me to order In the drive thru !!! I came for breakfast at 10:20 and as soon as it turned 10:30 they switch the menu to lunch. It shouldnât have to take this long when there is one car in front of me before ordering. I tried to come back and give them the benefit of the doubt but I will never be returning here.

I will not be coming back to this location. They gave me a cold, half empty container of large fries with my curbside order and when I went in and asked for fresh fries inside the restaurant they implied I had purposely eaten half the fries before asking for more. You're giving out free fries with your promotions. If you are that cheap to your customers with fries I don't want to consider trying any of your other products.

We come here mostly every month when we get EBT... We spend it here. And some of the workers are very disrespectful and when your food is ready they will throw the food onto the pick up area counter .. and slams the drinks on the counter.. no that person got moved to night shift, she needs to be fired, to be honest.. if you don't like that job title when come to work.. and treat the customers wrongfully...we don't go inside to cause no trouble... It's some of the employees attitudes.. that makes the mcDonald look bad I'm business wise ...

I normally donât leave reviews, but my experience today between 10:55â11:05 PM at this location left me absolutely fathomed. I was in the drive-thru placing an order while on the phone with a colleague, and my girlfriend was also in the car with me. From the moment I was greeted at the speaker, the tone and attitude from the staff were dismissive and flat-out rude.
As a fellow business owner, I always approach customer service interactions with patience and understanding, but this was on a whole different level. I asked a few simple questions and made minor requests, which were met with blatant disregard. There was no effort to be helpfulâonly attitude and a clear lack of respect.
Frankly, I was embarrassed. It felt humiliating to be spoken to that way in front of both my colleague and girlfriend. I decided to respectfully decline my order at the window, because Iâd honestly rather go hungry than spend money at an establishment that treats customers this poorlyâregardless of whether itâs âjust a McDonaldâs.â
I hope management sees this and takes it seriously, because this kind of experience does real damage to a brandâs reputation, no matter how big or small the name.

Today I wanted to use my code for coffee. Gave the code to someone, heard a different voice asking for the code again to tell me it was invalid. Reason being it was entered in by someone else. Then got told it was an error on my end and they can't control the app.
Service was poor before, it's even worse with the new company. Understaffing to save money for the people upstairs. God awful
