I have been to this location many times before, and they were good back than. Something has feel off, they changed their frequency and they don't have a lot of the service they once had.

I wish I could give this negative Stars this is the worst McDonald's I waited 40 minutes for a McDouble and a soda not exaggerating literally 40 minutes of waiting

This happened on Thursday. I placed a mobile breakfast order about 10–15 minutes before breakfast ended and walked over to pick it up. When I got there, I waited around 8 minutes before anyone even helped me - and during that time, they helped someone who came in after me. When the cashier finally checked, she went to the back for several minutes just to come back and tell me they “aren’t doing breakfast anymore.”
I explained that I ordered before breakfast ended, so it should’ve been made or at least set aside, but she just said it was canceled and that I’d get a refund - no apology or explanation. Even another customer said that was crazy.
To make it worse, when I checked my phone later, they hadn’t even canceled the order, so I had to cancel it myself in the app to get refunded. Just really unprofessional and disappointing service overall.

Ordered 2 doubles. Looks like the catchup was added on the bun. Buns smashed. Looks like the burger was squished in someone's hand. I dont live close so couldn't go back.
Night crew must be on top of their game compared to other reviews. Cuz I came here after a night at fiesta village and all my food was fresh and hot. Even the burger patties were hot. Was honestly surprised all my food was so fresh. One of the best ones I’ve been to. Better than Moreno Valley ones

I had order a 5 dollar meal deal and this not the only time they mess this up they forgot my burger and fries and the last time they put cheese on my fish sandwich and I’m allergic to cheese they could have killed me this the worst McDonald’s everrr
