I just came in with a friend we both ordered our meal with fries as we get handed the bag we look inside and are missing one fry and the kid at the drive through was arguing with us that he couldn’t give us the fry because he put them in the bags but we are literally right in front of his face insuring everything was in the bags and it wasn’t. Over $1 fries? Definitely going to the better business Bureau. We asked for the manager and he said he was the manager definitely needs better coaching.

The food was sloppy.I used my mobile app for a cheeseburger.I asked for no salt, extra onions, extra mustard and they just threw it together like it was an inconvenience for them to do the job they applied for.There was also a hair in the wrapper but I ate most of the burger by the time I saw it and it was free so I didn't bother going back.DO BETTER AND FORCE EVERYONE TO WEAR HAIRNETS OR THEY LOSE THEIR JOB.

So first off I work fast food so I always try to be so understanding, patient and nice but let me tell you some of the employees there make it very hard ! I understand I have to pay for extra sauces which I asked to be charged for at first window but then I get to the 2nd window. The girl hands me 3 drinks one by one but I ask for a cup holder so she rolls her eyes and grabs one and only put the one drink in there and handed to me as she could see I was struggling with the other two drinks so I grab it put my drinks in there and then she shoves my food at me I say thank you she says uh huh and closed the window so fast. She forgot the apple juice for the kids meals and no sauces were in my bags. I then wait till a guy comes to the window and I ask him for sauces and he starts giving me attitude about how I have to pay for extra sauces even tho I did and it was on my receipt. Do better guys.

No employees at the counter. Play area is closed and apparently has been closed for 4 years. Just felt like we were being ignored when we came in. Ordered from the app and once the food was delivered to our table the staff was a little more responsive.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, no play area, it's closed and they aren't going to reopen it. It 10:16 pm....and I've been waiting for over an hour just in the drive thru before paying...receiving my food ...and when I tried putting in my order, the young man cashier was so rude..trying to tell my code from app and sure he didn't add in because I never got points. Just used order number for 29cent extra burger...for having two lanes and multiple places to pull in front and wait for orders wasn't used...the employees didn't know order or get food right and after waiting over hour..almost two hours food wasn't right....says 24 hours but rushed everyone in drive thru ....saying closing at 12...pm...need more reliable employees at night more time efficient and better service and food quality...my children live off McDonald's since autistic and have food preferences!!! But this location is a hit or miss...please change staff!!! I ordered two quarter pounders.two big macs.two mcdoubles.two large fries.mcchicken with cheese and bacon.and two drinks...NO PICKLES!!! Said multiple times I'm allergic! And I received three mcdoubles.one quarter pounder. Two big macs.and chicken nugget 10 piece..ALL had 4 pickles!!! At least. So had I not checked while in drive thru..and ate I'd probably be dead. I order McDonald's daily in one fashion or another...but having to wait another hour for meal to be made again, I won't be returning to this location!!!! I never got my receipt back after they messed up my order twice...tried giving me a coffee drink I never ordered and said it was in place of another coffee drink because they didn't have the one "I ordered".
