I ordered on the Papa John’s app and got charged, but the order tracking didn’t work right. I was worried my pizza got lost or stolen. I called the store and the manager said they didn’t get my order. He searched by my phone number but only found my last order. I went to the store and showed proof on my phone that I ordered from there, but the manager still wouldn’t make my pizza and told me to contact customer care. Now I have to wait for a refund. Very frustrating.

What kind of pizza place, in 2025 neglects to tape the box closed when the order is via a third party delivery app (I.e. uber eats, Postmates, etc). You have no idea who the driver is, and there is no evidence of any attempts were made to secure the box. Sorely disappointing.

Placed an order online and was keeping an eye on the status online with no update after 40min, got a an email saying the order was canceled and when I called they said they tried calling twice to confirm the order but I never received a missed call and they left no voicemail. Manager was rude and didn’t care, went to dominos and order was ready in 15 min.
Pizza was great but not the wings. The place near where I live always has them sauced real good, but this place just drizzles sauce sparingly over the top. Not sure why they don't toss them in sauce so there's no plain spots

Papa John’s pizza is good for you to have more customizable pizzas and other stuff, wait time is like 20 minutes average as I know. The delivery service is good, it doesn’t matter how long the delivery takes to get to your house because you could chillax on your house and wait. The pizzas tastes good and I recommend getting the cheesy crust on your pizza if your more than hungry.
Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly and it’s okay to bring your child to this restaurant.
