This place is the worst. Two times in a row I come here and there is only one person working there and when you ask to speak with the manager she is never there. All I ordered was a personal pan pizza with wings and it took about 40 minutes. I guess that explains the 3.6 railing this place has and I’m sure the owner probably thinks that if they ignore the problem it will go away. You’re better off ordering from Dominoes where the people who work there actually care about their customers and are not there just for a paycheck.

Pizza hut is always going to be solid to eat. But charging for dipping sauce is weak. Why order wings if u can't even get one ranch?? That's blasphemy

Frank the manager and Jesse saved the day. We needed good pizza, fast! They helped us out and got all of our employees fed well. Great service, great pizza. They actually had better ingredients and better pizza than papa John’s.

I ordered a pizza for delivery while I was at Loma Linda and said it Would be 40 min and a hour and half later it never showers up and I was done. Waited another 30 min trying to get ahold of them and they never answered and I never got my pizza. So that was a waste of time and money.

Order a cheese pizza today at 3:48 pm. They said my order will be ready in 20mins. I got there at 4:20 pm to pick up my pizza and Pizza Hut employee said my order was never placed. I showed her what time I called and the phone number. Pizza Hut employee said that's the right phone number to there Pizza Hut on Washington St., Colton. Pizza Hut has lost my business. I'm never going back their again. When you place your order and you had talk to someone who works there and they take your, but they don't place your order. How are you supposed to stay in business!!! Remember there's a lot of competition out there. I have more pizza places to pick from.
