Horrible experience, had an $80 dollar order and they got everything wrong. I spent 30 min in drive thru to get our food, once I got home I called the store and the person that answered didnt seem to care at all. What is going on with these companies hiring kids, they are not paying attention to what they are doing, no urgency, no manners or good customer service!!! And this was the 2nd time having this same issue!!!! Never again will go here! This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Order 2 chicken sandwiches through Uber Eats. And they stated that they were waiting on the chicken for my sandwiches which is why the hold up. My whole thing is I waited 40 minutes for it to be cooked. I could have went to the store and cooked it myself in that amount of time. In total took up to an hour to receive my meal. And they made it incorrectly too. I recommend not to do Uber Eats with them.

I place an order as soon as they open 5piece chicken meal and when I pulled up to the window her response was that it’s a 30 min wait because the cook just got there and they are short staff. So they should be ready to open by 10 am the manager was next to her and listen with a dumb face.

Came in last week and they only had legs and thighs available. This is my 3rd time coming here since they've opened and it is the same thing every time. On top of that 2 pieces of my chicken were undercooked/bleeding. This location may need to be supervised a bit closer and cooks trained more.

I when last night to order a family bundle and only got the sides, first they wanted to over charged me and then when they gave my order half of my order was missing all my chicken tenders and chicken was missing, I call to report the problem but it’s not the first time they do it there always missing stuff last time will go there, bad customer service

the place is filthy every single table is dirty !!! the floor hasn't been swept!!! there are drinks left at random places. when I need to use the restroom the employees just kept talking to each other I had to say excuse me twice to finally get their attention. my receipt was for dine in they gave it to me in a bag and when I asked for a tray they said they didn't have any. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Bad service! I always ask for a pick up and they make me wait as if I were ordering in the store
