Extremely personable, I've been there several times this year and the service was always the same outstanding. It is a shame to have stores because of location of neighborhood treat you differently when you walk through the door. The store was personable respectful and gracious to me and being a disabled vet I really enjoyed that

I stopped by this Starbucks during a long drive to use the restroom and have a quick meeting. Before giving me the restroom code, the staff member made me promise that I would buy something afterward. Instead of explaining the policy kindly, it felt like pressure.
I’m a loyal Starbucks customer and buy from them several times a week, so I understand policies exist. However, the way it was handled felt cold and lacked basic human warmth and flexibility especially given the situation of being on a long drive and urgently needing a restroom.
It was disappointing to see policy put ahead of customer service, customer care, and basic human needs. It felt completely opposite to Starbucks’ brand image of warmth, hospitality, and welcoming gathering spaces. Will consider cutting down on my Starbucks spend because this brand isn’t worth it anymore.

I went to Starbucks to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and I honestly never imagined I would end up in tears because of how horribly we were treated. The entire store felt tense the moment we walked in, and the person who helped us had the most bitter expression and an absolutely dismissive, almost contemptuous attitude, as if serving us was some kind of burden.
What was supposed to be a special day turned into one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting experiences we’ve ever had. The way we were spoken to, the lack of basic courtesy, and the coldness of the staff were so shocking that I actually ended up crying afterward. That’s how bad it was.
I truly do not recommend this location at all. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks — extremely, extremely disappointing.

This Starbucks is the worst location to visit . Always have to contact customer service because my drink tastes disgusting. Today after not going to this location in 3 months I ordered a mobile pickup 15 mins before i drove there. It takes me 5 mins driving there, order said 4-7mins . Got there & on the screen it showed i was in the received order phase. I left since i was cutting it close to being late to work . Ordered at 10:20 , drink was ready for pickup at 10:50-10:55 .

Order a latte there this morning and it takes like water. Last week I ordered the same coffee and I swallowed a ball of cinnamon powder that made me sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Week before that they handed me the wrong coffee and I had to go back to get my correct order. Safe to say I will not be coming here anymore.
