This Starbucks is the worst location to visit . Always have to contact customer service because my drink tastes disgusting. Today after not going to this location in 3 months I ordered a mobile pickup 15 mins before i drove there. It takes me 5 mins driving there, order said 4-7mins . Got there & on the screen it showed i was in the received order phase. I left since i was cutting it close to being late to work . Ordered at 10:20 , drink was ready for pickup at 10:50-10:55 .

Order a latte there this morning and it takes like water. Last week I ordered the same coffee and I swallowed a ball of cinnamon powder that made me sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Week before that they handed me the wrong coffee and I had to go back to get my correct order. Safe to say I will not be coming here anymore.
I had to buy something to use the restroom, I buy coffee all the time from star bucks. Bought food and not coffee just in case they decide to spit in my drink. Avoid this place!! Terrible service

Honestly the best place around in Colton. They don't allow homeless to hang out or bother their customers. Drink was made right and friendly staff. Appreciate you taking a business stand point and not allowing loitering in a city where is has become acceptable

I frequent here enough to know that the best service is during the morning shifts. Night shift seems to half ass a lot of things .
