I had to buy something to use the restroom, I buy coffee all the time from star bucks. Bought food and not coffee just in case they decide to spit in my drink. Avoid this place!! Terrible service

Honestly the best place around in Colton. They don't allow homeless to hang out or bother their customers. Drink was made right and friendly staff. Appreciate you taking a business stand point and not allowing loitering in a city where is has become acceptable

Drink was all ice, I ordered a venti iced matcha and it legit had three sips of matcha in it. The cashier also tried to charge me 10.45 at the window when she said it was 6.45. I frequent here enough to know that the best service is during the morning shifts. Night shift seems to half ass a lot of things .

I ordered my coffee with vanilla foam which I pay extra for and I drove off because I had several drinks in my order. I realized there was no foam in my cold brew.
This isnât our first time at this location, however, is after the renovation. All new employees lacking professionalism as baristas representing âStarbucksâ.First of all there were no customers and later I understood why, there wasnât a welcome as we entered, as they took our order he continued looking at us like trying to understand and served incorrect drink on one and wrong size on the other. I hope that those who should be concerned read this to make a diferrence. This is âOurâ neighborhood Starbucks and wil be sad to see this continue.

Not the same like before, I wasn't greeted with a Welcome. Also the ppl were goofing off on the wet floors. I was just shaking my head, no one told them to stop. My order wasn't made properly..I even mentioned it to the cashier and he said..idk why he's doing that..but didn't tell him to stop
Parking: Two handicap parking up front and it's pretty tight..so not big old trucks can fit in the parking area
