I’ve been an everyday customer and got a pupcup for my dog at about 12 pm and came later at 1:30 on the same day with my other dog and the guy at the window said “I’m sorry I don’t have any whipped cream today when I had just got one not too long ago. This was extremely rude and I will not be coming back.

Batista seemed annoyed, I had a mobile order and asked for an iced water because the mobile app doesn't offer it. There were no other cars in the drive thru but me. My drink was not filled up or topped with whipped cream as it shows in the app. I had several experiences with other starbucks where they don't fill the cup and don't add the topping or whipped cream. It's a rip off cuz they keep raising the prices yet they don't give you the drink as ordered. Probably won't be returning to this starbucks.

I would highly recommend to drive a mile more to the Starbucks around the corner if you want to avoid attitude from the unprofessional employee CILA. She obviously can't follow directions. To add to the bad service, when you ask her a question she gives you a horrible attitude and turns around while you're still speaking to her. I literally handed her the order sticker from a different Starbucks and she still said it didn’t say cold foam! Apparently she needs to go back to training.

They need more staff in the afternoon I went in and only had 2 workers they usually make my drinks good but today they were just nasty period to strong when I specifically asked for 2 pumps instead of 3 on my drink for the same reason I don’t like my drink strong ! SMH the one on Barton rd is starting to be my new Favorite spot .
