I ordered 2 venti coffees. Took awhile to be served. I was given attitude by Barista bcuz I asked for my coffee.rude. I was told second cup of coffee be ready in a bit due to water in filter.i order coffee all time a starbucks allover. This place had bad service.my hubby was sitting at table he said he saw barista just standing there talking. I post when it is called for!

This is the only location that everytime I buy here it's ALWAYS lack of miscellaneous items such as stoppers & cup holders for drinks, paper bag for bakery items, stoppers & napkins. All these MUST BE AUTOMATIC TO BE INCLUDED IN ORDERS. NOT RECOMENDEDđđđ

Gabby was very rude and inconsiderate. As a new customer to this store location I asked her for help regarding the new teddy bear cup for your Christmas line and she completely rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I donât appreciate feeling like Iâm bothering associates when a simple âwe ran out of stockâ in a nice manner would have helped.

I ordered a venti hot chocolate and they gave me a venti caramel macchiato. I went on the drive thru, as soon as I got to the window the lady barista gave me the drink. I was surprised that was really fast(there were no cars in front of me) not knowing that they just gave me a left over drink. They did it on purpose, they didnât make a mistake because it took me less than 5 seconds to get to the window and my drink was already made. I couldnât go back because when I realized what they did I was already on the freeway. I called the store and they didnât answer. This is the second time this happened! People check your drinks before leaving the drive thru because theyâll just give you whatever they want.

Showed up 3 mins before closing, they let us sit at the order speaker until the clock hit 10pm. We drove to the window, workers were hiding in the back, a worker walked up and told us they closed a minute ago...soooo what about the 3 mins we were sitting by the speaker??? Yea, sorry. You guys suck, obviously don't want our money. Going elsewhere! âđ»

I spoke with âAngelâ on the phone @10:51 am. She was giving the nastiest attitude for no reason. I called regarding cancelling an order and she was no help. She kept trying to make it seem like I can just pick it up from another store when I already paid and ordered at the other store. She had no resolution to the issue other than âI can just toss itâ. It was cheap so I donât really care about the money but the service was so bad along with her attitude.

I really like Starbucks, but I am giving this location one star for putting a little note on their drive-through window that their power was out. No one thought to put a cone out to prevent a huge line from developing? Or maybe a note on the actual ordering machine lol where is the common sense around here?

Iâm extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location.
If weâre going to talk about âfollowing the company policyâ then Starbucks seriously needs to clarify what the policies actually are.
Every day, every store seems to have a different version of whatâs allowed and whatâs not. How are customers supposed to know whatâs right when thereâs no consistency across locations?
Whatâs even more frustrating is what I witnessed today â this staff dropped my food item on the floor while handing it over. According to basic hygiene and common sense, a new item should have been prepared. Thatâs not just good service â thatâs the bare minimum standard. But instead, this staff ignored this completely and proceeded to serve the same item like nothing happened. So much for âfollowing the company policyâ right?
Itâs honestly laughable when staff selectively enforce policies when itâs convenient, but disregard them when itâs their mistake.
Starbucks is a brand built on consistency and trust â but experiences like this really make me question both. I hope corporate takes these discrepancies seriously, because customers shouldnât have to guess what kind of service theyâre going to get depending on the location or the day.

When I went there I wasn't sure about what I wanted. The barista immediately asked questions as far as my interests and suggested the cortado. It was a great job promoting a new product. The staff here are great and the drinks are delicious.

Worst Starbucks ever. Enjoying my coffee getting some work done and they kicked us all out at 3pm to have a meeting. I asked, why they would do a meeting at 3pm. They said you need to leave because it was an important corporate meeting. These people are delusional.
