Gabby was very rude and inconsiderate. As a new customer to this store location I asked her for help regarding the new teddy bear cup for your Christmas line and she completely rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m bothering associates when a simple “we ran out of stock” in a nice manner would have helped.

I ordered a venti hot chocolate and they gave me a venti caramel macchiato. I went on the drive thru, as soon as I got to the window the lady barista gave me the drink. I was surprised that was really fast(there were no cars in front of me) not knowing that they just gave me a left over drink. They did it on purpose, they didn’t make a mistake because it took me less than 5 seconds to get to the window and my drink was already made. I couldn’t go back because when I realized what they did I was already on the freeway. I called the store and they didn’t answer. This is the second time this happened! People check your drinks before leaving the drive thru because they’ll just give you whatever they want.

Showed up 3 mins before closing, they let us sit at the order speaker until the clock hit 10pm. We drove to the window, workers were hiding in the back, a worker walked up and told us they closed a minute ago...soooo what about the 3 mins we were sitting by the speaker??? Yea, sorry. You guys suck, obviously don't want our money. Going elsewhere! ✌🏻

I spoke with “Angel” on the phone @10:51 am. She was giving the nastiest attitude for no reason. I called regarding cancelling an order and she was no help. She kept trying to make it seem like I can just pick it up from another store when I already paid and ordered at the other store. She had no resolution to the issue other than “I can just toss it”. It was cheap so I don’t really care about the money but the service was so bad along with her attitude.

I really like Starbucks, but I am giving this location one star for putting a little note on their drive-through window that their power was out. No one thought to put a cone out to prevent a huge line from developing? Or maybe a note on the actual ordering machine lol where is the common sense around here?
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location.
If we’re going to talk about “following the company policy” then Starbucks seriously needs to clarify what the policies actually are.
Every day, every store seems to have a different version of what’s allowed and what’s not. How are customers supposed to know what’s right when there’s no consistency across locations?
What’s even more frustrating is what I witnessed today — this staff dropped my food item on the floor while handing it over. According to basic hygiene and common sense, a new item should have been prepared. That’s not just good service — that’s the bare minimum standard. But instead, this staff ignored this completely and proceeded to serve the same item like nothing happened. So much for “following the company policy” right?
It’s honestly laughable when staff selectively enforce policies when it’s convenient, but disregard them when it’s their mistake.
Starbucks is a brand built on consistency and trust — but experiences like this really make me question both. I hope corporate takes these discrepancies seriously, because customers shouldn’t have to guess what kind of service they’re going to get depending on the location or the day.

When I went there I wasn't sure about what I wanted. The barista immediately asked questions as far as my interests and suggested the cortado. It was a great job promoting a new product. The staff here are great and the drinks are delicious.

Worst Starbucks ever. Enjoying my coffee getting some work done and they kicked us all out at 3pm to have a meeting. I asked, why they would do a meeting at 3pm. They said you need to leave because it was an important corporate meeting. These people are delusional.

Very disappointed. Must be a new manager who doesn’t know what she’s doing. I went post workout as usual, for a water cup. I was told “we don’t give free water.”. IT IS CALIFORNIA LAW to give FREE TAP WATER when requested. I told her this, she still declined, I asked for the manager. She “was” just the manager (lie). I reported to EHS for their lack of service and disobeying the law. I’ll never come here again.
