They didn’t ask my friend whether it was chai tea or latte. Brought me a latte. I just don’t like SB. I don’t spend my money there. SB baristas will put regular milk in your drink even after you’ve requested almond milk just for the kicks perhaps? Unsure why but SB isn’t a place that I’d ever go to for coffee.

Asked for cookie crumble no whip. Majority of the coffee was whip and wasn't even iced or cold.
Usually very quick drive thru. Drinks come out quick. The lines Are very long but they get it down quick. The staff is very polite so I always usually tip.

Friendly staff and conveniently located off the freeway. Iced coffee (no classic), Iced matcha latte, and Caramel ribbon crunch are always good for my girls and I. Just wish the straws were readily available to grab instead of behind a partition, so you don't have to wait and ask. Thank you!

So my girlfriend goes to the Starbucks after dropping off her daughter and then going to work right after. She orders her drink pays for it and the server hands her the drink And spills it all over her clothes and the inside and outside of her car. They make her a new drink, but don't offer any other assistance or ways to make up for the incident.I had to act on it for her in order for them to offer some type of solution as far as getting her money back for a free drink. Honestly, they should offer to wash your car for her. Make the person that did it wash the car.
