Store says open at 3:30am , I passed by at 4:05 employees standing around no one taking orders or even the decency to say sorry were not open. Very unprofessional
Drinks are fine IF the staff can get your order right, which is a 50/50 chance. The female staff are almost always terrible very few of them have customer service skills. Male staff is usually more polite. This location really needs training on customer service. I rather drive out of my way to the 9th street location than go here. Every time I try giving this location a chance I regret it.
Drink was very good but I noticed that they’re ice changed. I can’t even drink the boba at the bottom because of how much ice they put. So ridiculous how they filled the cup with so much ice. The one in Colton is way better. And they do not serve this much ice
I used to work for Starbucks back in 2004 as a part-time barista when things were different. Like other corporations they change their customer service policy from time to time.
I used to visit once a day at least but lately have been visiting less often. My goal is just to visit once a month and spend less money on outside the home food and drink and more on groceries. I don't know when I'll reach my goal but my God, Jehovah, does.
It is best to grow your own food the veganic way in this imperfect world that we live in. Vegan produce growing is safer than organic growing which is safer than conventional growing. The best food and drink is produced by holy spirit and is free of money cost.
I like most of the food and drink here and love the new free refill policy as they used to charge me 50 cents or $1.10 depending on what kind of refill I ordered. Starbucks gives free refills now as of April 2025 or so.
Service is hit or miss here. Few of the employees bother to greet me by name but this is a big store with many employees and I don't know most of them by name either.
It seems like half the time they get my orders wrong so I wait twice as long for the correct drink. Most of them do try to keep the bathrooms clean as I have seen them clean and restock bathroom supplies.
I don't always like the music they play here as I'm not a rap or hip-hop fan but I recognize that other Starbucks customers may like those music categories. You can't please everyone all the time but you can please some people some of the time.
I know at least one of Jehovah's Witnesses who refuses to spend money on Starbucks products because of their mermaid/siren logo and maybe one day I'll imitate her.
Horrible customer service, I have never been treated very disrespectful, manager needs to talk to Julie the supervisor , because she doesn't know how to talk with respect , customers drive to another starbucks location because Julie attitude is ridiculous, MANAGER PLEASE FIRE Julie !!!!! thank you
Came in tonight, trying to order a simple chocolate milk and ice water and the Edgar-looking barista kept getting my order wrong. I wanted a chocolate milk with 3p mocha and 2p vanilla, and when he repeated my order he asked if it was a white mocha with hazelnut? I don’t even understand where “hazelnut” even came from.
I also asked for a venti ice-water with extra ice, and I’m not sure if he wasn’t paying attention or busy socializing on the headset with the other closing baristas, (or under the influence), but when I pulled up to the drive-through he seemed very slow and made me repeat how I wanted the WATER. All I wanted was EXTRA ice.
Again, I’m not sure if the barista(s) were just tired or high, but Management definitely needs to have a talk with the him & the closing crew because the 3 I saw closing were giggling as I drive off. Like you weren’t paying attention, but I’m the problem? Ok.

The last fee times I've been here they have gotten my order wrong. Even just today my order was wrong, the whole drink was wrong. Wasted my money and threw it in the trash. Not even worth going back to wait in the long line

Had the most interestingly rude experience today at this location. While in the drive thru I poured out water from my cup, didn't throw the cup out, just poured out my water. As I receive my order, the employee says, we saw you on camera, if you could not pour out anything anymore. This was unprofessional, rude, petty, and ignorant. To try and control something so minor and irrelevant. Do better
