I don't frequent this location too much, but I have never had a bad experience here. Walk in(morning), order and in within maybe 2 minutes my drink and sometimes food order is ready. I'm always greeted politely. I have never used their restroom so I have no feedback on that.

TWICE I WENT HERE & NO STOPPER ON THEIR COFFEE CUP THEY'RE GIVING, NO THICK CARDBOARD ON THE CUP EITHER THAT SERVES INSULATION. I'M DRIVING AND I CAN'T HOLD THE CUP OF STARBUCKS COFFEE BECAUSE IT'S BARELY NOT INSULATED?ALSO THEY'RE NOT GIVING STRAWS TO THE CUSTOMERS PER REQUEST ASIDE FROM NO NAPKINS AT ALL UNLESS REQUESTED~ THIS THINGS SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC... NOT GOOD AT ALL????????

If you're in a hurry, it's best to avoid going inside. The staff seems to prioritize the drive-thru lines over the customers inside. Additionally, they seem to have some issues with order accuracy and organization. For instance, a customer in front of me received a partial order, and the customer after me received their complete order before me.

This was probably the fastest moving Starbucks drive thru, I have been to, so far. Not to mention, the day I visited, they were having a BOGO promotion, so practically everyone in line, was there for the deal. The cashier was friendly and even called me her "friend". Well hook your "friend" up with some eats to go along with my drinks!...lol

Please don't go here, don't waste your time. In my life, I have never felt bad at Starbucks before visiting this Starbucks.For your information, I ordered a latte, but I am the kind of person who drinks it happily even if they accidentally give me Americano.I had the worst and most unpleasant experience today. I was on my way back from a trip to Palm Springs with my parents. I tried to wake up and have decided to drink coffee at Starbucks. The female employee at the counter made the person wait for over 5 minutes when we asked for the toilet password. The toilet was very dirty and not cleaned properly. I ordered coffee and donuts, but she didn't give me the donuts I ordered and just chatted with other employees for more than 10 minutes. Why did she ask my name when ordering? Even though she wrote my name on the cup, she just threw the finished coffee on the pick-up counter and didn't even call my name, so the coffee got cold. It was a very embarrassing and unpleasant experience. If there was an award for the worst Starbucks employee, she would win that award. You who humiliated me today! Please do your job right.

I came in about evening time 6ish pm to pick up a drink before going in to work across the street. I saw a few grande cups on sale 3 green and a 1 mirror color. I turn around and seen a male employee grabbing several red grande cups that were on clearance i could see the orange tag sticker. That he hid under the counter in a cabinet of the main store. He took them the register and purchased them quickly and hiding them. I heard him use his employee discount too. Wow! So not fair. Here we are having to purchase full price and are limited to a Certain amount of cups. While he hides them away. I had a feeling to go on offerup and i found a male selling several red ups for twice the price. Wow. I feel disappointed and betrayed. How can starbucks management allow this.

Couldn’t make my order correctly thefirst time around. I specifically asked for a chia tea and not the latte. When I noticed my order was incorrect I told an employee who disagreed and I had to explain to them why it wasn’t(as a former Starbucks barista). Awful costumer service with disrespectful employees, poor quality drinks, and disgusting location. No effort to keep their location or work stations clean.Edit: I looked at their previous reviews and this location automatically apologizes for their service even if it’s about a positive experience.?
