Service was quick and fast and I went during a normal lunch rush ladies inside were nice and made my sandwich taste great

A lot of what i ordered is missing. I asked for extra onions, only to find out there no onions. I asked for extra cheese, there's BARELY any. It looks so sloppy. Tomatoes look old, barely any chicken in here too. It looks like if you want your sandwich done right in this location you have to go in person and babysit them while they make it. I'll stick to the subway location in Valley blvd in Colton, they were able to follow instructions over there. As I'm eating this sandwich I can definitely say it's the worst subway sandwich I've had so far.

I like Subway but I just don't like this one. I was discussed by female employee because she was clearly sick & she was sneezing and coughing everywhere. I didn't appreciate that if one is touching someone else's food the other guy seemed to not be enthusiastic at all about his job but they need to trade the employment there

I went to eat at Subway and one of the workers with a very despotic attitude, Angry, asked me every thing I gave her and when I paid she was charging me 22.50 dollars for a sandwich, a soft drink and some potatoes, when I asked her why she was charging me so much. He got upset and when I made the observation again, he corrected me and made the correct charge. I felt discriminated against by this worker for the fact that I didn't speak English to him. Something that with the people who spoke to him in English, his attitude was different, my money. able me English or Spanish is the same and people like her have to receive training in customer service so as not to make a distinction based on language, color or nationality

When someone orders a Veggie sandwich, you'd think they'd actually put a reasonable amount of veggies on it. I can understand if someone ordered something with meat and the veggies were just the "garnish." However, when it's only veggies....*This was an UberEATS order. Had I been there, this wouldn't have happened.*

Vegetarian options: Veggies. When they can be bothered to put them on the sandwich.

We just pulled up to the location and the employee was out front talking to a homeless women. She told us the store was going to be closed for 20 min. Ww were confused because the store only had been open for 1 hour. I've never heard of subway locking up do the employee can go out and talk to someone. It waa very disappointing.

worst subway ever a lady who says she is melody who works there says she is the owner and always get alot of olives on my subway she says employes are only supposed to get 6 olives on footlong also they were out of oil and vinegar no drinks in refrigirator box but red bull and for like two months you had to pay only cash because they say they dont know how to fix it. The melody lady says i can call coorperate but she doesnt care theyll just throw it out by the way i never mentioned complaining she just volunteered that info

Came tonight for a quick dinner and honestly I wasn't expecting two youngsters to make my order. I got to say I was very well pleased with attitude and professionalism from these two people. I'm starting to see that the new generation is taking over the job force everywhere now and this just gave me some hope...please be kind always.

My boyfriend and I came to get a quick bite to eat. Very clean place. Very professional. Quick service. They looked pretty young but got the job done. The gentleman and the young lady there deserve recognition. Will return if they are there ? thank you guys for being a model of what true customer service is. You might have had a bad day but y’all’s future is going to be full of good amazingness.
