This is honestly the worst Subway I have ever been to. I ordered from this location at 7 something and when I got there the employee Hailey said that they closed early because they weren't busy. I asked her about not accepting orders if you are closed and she said she can't do anything about it. So I got charged for the order and have been unsucessful being able to get a refund or talk to anyone in charge. Would not recommend.

It's subway nothing special about the food or place. It's familiar and okay if you want a decent sub. What made this one time great was the gentleman working there. My daughter is picky. She only likes flat bread. But the stopped offering it. Not sure if at all locations but at this one. I was trying to talk her into getting something else. Overheating us talking he offered to make it on a tortilla for her. To express the excitement my daughter had over this tiny but kind gesture, is enough for me to say that for just a sub place. That gentleman has officially made it the only subway I will go to for a decent sub or in my case a ham and pickle tortilla.

So today 5/26/25 I'm assuming she's the morning manager she has like a she always wears a headband with her hair super short really short but either she needs to be retrained or she needs to get fired her customer service is horrible I specifically ordered a sandwich online stating that I wanted extra mayo I get up I noticed that I didn't visibly see any mayo on the sandwich she gets annoyed rolls her eyes and shakes her head I've seen multiple reviews about this person and she is still there doing the same thing management needs to do something about this out of all the staff there which I go daily to the subway I'm a regular some of them already know me specifically the manager that I'm talking about she still acts like this, it isn't right

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this one has to be left and I hope that the owner of this business sees this review I would like to say to you that I did not have a good experience down to the customer service down to How The food was prepared. I had nothing but a respectful attitude towards your manager, and she had nothing but a nasty rude, horrible customer service and as a matter fact, the next customer after me as well, I think that you should hire a new manager i’ve never had this happen to me to this subway I actually prefer coming to this one because of your other employees that provide excellent customer service your manager needs to be retrained or you need to let go of her and higher a new one, especially when it comes down to listening to instructions And paying attention to detail. I hope that your business goes well.

A lot of what i ordered is missing. I asked for extra onions, only to find out there no onions. I asked for extra cheese, there's BARELY any. It looks so sloppy. Tomatoes look old, barely any chicken in here too. It looks like if you want your sandwich done right in this location you have to go in person and babysit them while they make it. I'll stick to the subway location in Valley blvd in Colton, they were able to follow instructions over there. As I'm eating this sandwich I can definitely say it's the worst subway sandwich I've had so far.

I like Subway but I just don't like this one. I was discussed by female employee because she was clearly sick & she was sneezing and coughing everywhere. I didn't appreciate that if one is touching someone else's food the other guy seemed to not be enthusiastic at all about his job but they need to trade the employment there

I went to eat at Subway and one of the workers with a very despotic attitude, Angry, asked me every thing I gave her and when I paid she was charging me 22.50 dollars for a sandwich, a soft drink and some potatoes, when I asked her why she was charging me so much. He got upset and when I made the observation again, he corrected me and made the correct charge. I felt discriminated against by this worker for the fact that I didn't speak English to him. Something that with the people who spoke to him in English, his attitude was different, my money. able me English or Spanish is the same and people like her have to receive training in customer service so as not to make a distinction based on language, color or nationality

When someone orders a Veggie sandwich, you'd think they'd actually put a reasonable amount of veggies on it. I can understand if someone ordered something with meat and the veggies were just the "garnish." However, when it's only veggies....*This was an UberEATS order. Had I been there, this wouldn't have happened.*
Vegetarian options: Veggies. When they can be bothered to put them on the sandwich.
