This was one bad visit and definitely my last!!!! My bread had what looked like mold on it. It smelled funny too. It was an online order, they got 1 sandwhich with the wrong toppings on it. We ordered using the app to get the Promo Buy one Foot Long and get the 2nd for $1. We parked up front and waited since we had just placed the orders in the app. It was empty. I would not recommend going to this specific location since they can't even get the toppings correct when it's empty. I can only imagine when its busy. This was a bad experience and we will never come to this specific location or recommend anyone to this location. The owner really needs to either hire a night shift manager to make sure they are properly getting the orders right or has to be there in person to make sure the employees they have working there aren't losing them money.

I guess there's always a first time and it was mine today. The girl that helped me NO how can I help you. She was more focused on some guy that kept coming in, don't know if they knew each other. When she finally charged me she gave me the receipt and turned around and left with out giving me my sandwich. She came back because the other girl working I guess gave her a look and that made her turn around and came back and said she was sorry and asked me if I wanted a bag. I always get my sandwich in a bag are we supposed to ask for a bag??? And as a customer are we supposed to reach In to get our sandwich, it was across from me. SAD SURVISE ?. There's a copy of my receipt with time and date so management can look at camaras.

MANAGER IF YOU WANT MORE CUSTOMERS HIRE BETTER STAFF...!!!I was about to tell him that I didn't want anything, because of the bad service he gives... ????????

We been always coming here, but this time is the last time, the girls are so rude, specially the girl in the mornings kind of heavy set looking, she takes forever in making the sandwiches and gives you attitude at all times. We had to re order the sandwich cause she messed up and she got mad and slammed one of the breads door, 3rd time she gives us attitude, very bad service here. Never coming back.

Sandwiches are good, customer service not so much. The lady took her sweet time counting and making the Sandwiches. I was there for almost 30 minutes, I was better off making the Sandwiches at home. It was $50 for three foot longs! Adding avocado is $3!?

The only fatal thing about the place is the cleanliness of the night shifts, who serve poorly as if one were to ask them and what's more we have to wait for them to finish talking so they can come to the store for us ?and it's not once that it's happened These are all the times we have gone
