Today, December 20, 2025, I went to buy three chalupas and two boxes of tacos, and they only gave me one chalupa. Also, the tacos barely had any filling; they only had a little meat and lettuce. It's terrible service from the employees there.

The service was horrible. Didn't even give us what we ordered. And didn't care when we asked for hot sauce. There's a few other resteraunts you can choose from in close proximity. Avoid the KFC and Taco Bell on Valley and Rancho.

Just came and ordered from this Taco Bell Sept 13th. the young guy at the window was rude could barely hear him talk through the drive thru. I ordered 3 Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes. They made my food VERY fast. I got home and there was barely any meat and NO sour cream in them! This is the worst location. I called and no one would answer the phone. Mind you, I was the only vehicle in line no other cars. This location has ALWAYS allowed their workers to be unprofessional. The last time my family went to this location an employee tried to physically fight my sister all because they got her order wrong. This place should be closed down it does NO justice to the city of Colton. Lots of lazy cooks and drive thru employees who put NO effort into their job. You pay your money just to get nothing return. So then at 8:30pm I returned to get my money back. The manager did try to see if I wanted my order remade but I don't trust anyone there remaking any of my food. He tells me that i will receive my money back on my card in 3 days and if not, they'll give it to me in cash??!! No, money should be given back they way it was given!! I will NEVER EVER come back to this location. With all these reviews I will be bringing this to corporate attention.

We ordered two 7 dollar luxe boxes and one 9 dollar luxe box, we received both 7 dollar boxes. We also received a bag containing a mystery burrito, and 2 small soggy chalupa looking things. We had drove off before realizing we only received 2 drinks for 2 boxes. I don’t think the 9 dollar luxe box comes with one burito and one wrapped up chalupa mess.

Came at 1137 for Taco Bell since it says online they close at 12am, no one answering even with lights & cars parked out front. Trash staff who don't want to work.
Edit: Back again, as of June 2025, Boyfriend went & somehow they forgot to put meat in his burrito. How is that even possible? How distracted are you guys that you forgot one of the key ingredients in a burrito? All staff there should be terminated & a new crew trained properly.
I come in waited 5 minutes to get service.Dine it we’re very dirty trash everywhere and not to mention the drinking fountain puddle of liquid needs drain not a good place to eat never coming back

Hadn't been to taco bell in yrs and we came here last Saturday and the place was nice and empty and very clean and the service was great, also the food was better than I remembered ! 👍
If I could give no stars is would. I went to get food for my family to have a late night meal. Order cheese quesadillas and Mexican pizza and was served and Mexican pizza with huge chunks of chicken in it . The quesadilla had the same thing huge chunks of chicken and so did the beef tacos.I went back to return and they were closed nobody wanted to come to the window to speak with me and when they did they were standing so far it was hard to communicate. Horrible place never going back and will tell everyone not to go there
