Yesterday went by drive thru, first the cashier took a long time to return my card after he swiped it, (suspicious).Then we got oir food, we got home my daugter started eating she told me food tasted bad she ate half of a taco supreme , she got up and ran to the Bathroom, she vomited, then I tasted the food and it was really bad, like moldy, spoiled, my daughter complained after stomach pain, this place is nasty they need a visit from the city health department .. eat here at your own risk. I don't recommend this place unless you want to get sick.

The crew members are really rude and aggressive they don’t offer any help or assist with ordering don’t make suggestions you can hear it in their voices that they hate their job miserable or just don’t care about their job the customers anything really you have to drag words out of them nothing barely say hi look like they falling asleep or just plain lazy the supervisors look worse Ivan only imagine the manager what a bunch of dead workers not something you want to experience in fast food I won’t be back there anytime soon and I suggest you do the same unless you want to walk into night of the living dead workers at Taco Bell the ambiance is dreadful and they make mistakes and don’t apologize don’t attempt to fix it a waste of my time and money a bunch of high school drop outs working with no positivity or sun shine in their lives it left me feeling dragged down

Disappointing. I am a fan of Taco Bell for 40+ years. Had a craving for crunchy tacos today so I order some supreme tacos and expecting a large size shell filled with tasty beef, and loaded with lettuce and diced tomatoes, just as they were 20 years ago. But upon opening the paper bag inside was some small undersized taco used to be the regular size. The meat is almost non-existence. The value of the meal is at 1 in a scale of 1 to 5. Last 3 days I ate at In-n-Out, McD, El Pollo Loco, Habit Burger, and felt that I’ve gotten good value. Once again it reinforced the reasons why i refrained from going to Taco Bell or KFC. I had finger licking good experience almost every other day for lunch 40 year ago as there was a store next to my office. For same reason I hardly patronize KFC. And most of the time these restaurants are empty with so few customers, while huge long lines at other fast food chains. Wonder why.

I love Taco Bell but it is clear that the franchise owners don't care about quality. I don't recommend for anyone to come dine in here. It's not done the way the corporate intended and i had to just throw the food away.

Truthfully, I'm sad I can't leave a negative star rating. The one star isn't even deserved.Super TMI, I had to make use of the facilities ????♀️ Trust me, I wish I had just waited. The restrooms are disgusting! You'll NEVER convince me that they clean the restroom every night...NEVER!Quite grossed out, I walked over to the counter to order a freezee (icee). I see easily 7-8 employees. Maybe 2 are working. I couldn't figure out what the heck the others were doing. Since the employees made me wait 5 minutes to order the single drink, I happened to look at the register and notice a cigarette resting on the register. Eventually, an employee walks over to take my order and I point out the cigarette. Nothing, no reaction ??♀️ I guess it's her cigarette (SMH).If you wanted tacos or burritos, go across the street to Del Taco. (I recommend the strawberry Sprite. Delish!)If you're at this location for chicken, drive about 1.25 mile(s) West to Pepper, there's a Popeye's. Otherwise, you can find Church's chicken on Pepper and Foothill.

Place says it opens at 10 but no one will answer the speaker untill around 10.15... waisted my time during lunch and they never answered the speaker. I showed up at 10 and left at 10.10 Still with no answer at the speaker I won't be returning to this place

I went today (01/29/23) and I ordered a DELUXE CRAVINGS BOX. as well as 3 soft tacos and a chicken burrito. They didn’t separate the deluxe cravings box And put everything together, after leaving I noticed there was no chalupa and received 2 hard shell tacos & I didn’t receive the chips and salsa. I would understand the error if they had been busy at the moment but I was literally the only car so I don’t understand how they could mess this up, I am very unsatisfied with the service I received today >:(
