Tacos El Callejon is a very good restaurant with amazing tacos. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistent, with quality ingredients and thorough food prep. The yellow corn tortillas are freshly made to order and pair well with the juicy meats. The carne asada is grilled daily, though some wish the meat was chopped smaller. The surf & turf taco and pork belly tacos are underrated and excellent. They offer a great selection of fresh and authentic salsas at a salsa bar where guests can help themselves, along with freshly grilled onions. The aguas frescas are a must, and the horchata is the best around. The service is fast and helpful. The restaurant is clean but can get a bit smokey inside from grilling, though outdoor seating is available. It is a busy spot where the kitchen crew crushes the competition.
