After searching for a good taco on the inland empire I stumbled across tacos la central a couple years ago and it’s been my go to spot ever since. I love the simplicity of the menu, friendly staff, the see through glass to see the preparation processes and the little seating area outside.
My go to choice is the Al pastor tacos or a mulita. Whatever you decide to get you won’t be disappointed. I’d say eat the tacos there so they don’t get soggy.

Honestly one of the best tacos in the I.E , always consistent food the flavor of the meat is great ,you can taste the quality compared to other tacos shops. I love their asada and al pastor. my wife gets their chorizo and kids love their chicken. the chicken isn't dry and the chorizo isn't greasy. Good size tacos, and their salsa is good but it could be spicier. overall great spot.

First time trying this place .. we are big fans of Tijuana style tacos but these aren’t even close to what I’m used to having in Tijuana. First of all the customer service is terrible the people in the windows are rude and condescending with all the customers not just me. They are dumb kids with no manners.. the food not worth the price.
