Vicky’s sushi Y Mariscos

I don’t review a lot, but I just needed to for this place! I always choose a spot based on their pictures and reviews. It seems like this place had a few ok reviews, but I soon realized it’s only because those customers were expecting a different “authentic sushi” experience. Let me start off by saying: This place is AMAZING! Sushi with a mexican twist. I ordered the aguachiles divorciados and the small box. DELICIOUS!! Wings were perfectly coated in sauce, sushi was flavorful, aguachiles were very tasty and spicy! I also ordered their Coconut Horchata; i was not expecting it to have real coconut pieces! It was sooo good. Despite only having one cashier/waitress, she made sure if every table needed anything. She was really nice. I recommend this place!

The food is not bad, but if you plan to come here, pay attention to what they charge you, especially if it is the day of a special, it has already happened to me more than 2 times, I realized it and I told them that because they were charging me more things, in Both times they only laughed sarcastically and told me "I'll take it from you right now" and that's because I always leave them a tip. I understand that it happened once but 3 times the very unfriendly girls and Groceritas, I don't know if it was because I realized that they were charging me $20 dollars more than what my account was. Just check your account before paying because apparently these little women don't care The tip they leave is enough, and they try to see if they can get more by charging them for things that they did not consume on their receipt at the time of paying..

The place is small , so usually get my food to go . I have never tried the sushi (I prefer Japanese style sushi raw) but I could tell you the Marisco’s are fresh and tasty . The fish and shrimp tacos made with homemade tortillas, are fire 🔥🔥no liar 🤥. I also recommend the tostada especial , something about how they make the pulpo 🔥. Ohh yea and the wings are good too try the mango habanero it’s not as spicy as it sounds .

I never write bad reviews but service was nonexistent in my situation.absolutely horrible. Definitely not a family friendly environment. My children don’t eat sushi so I decided to buy them happy meals from McDonalds before heading to Vicky’s sushi. I was turned away because I was not allowed to have my children eat their chicken nuggets inside their restaurant.

The waitress took approximately 1 hour with my order. They should hire someone else to help since she cannot serve and charge at the same time.

Came because they said they had 2x1 on Friday but didn’t know it’s was only on 4 rolls and there most basic rolls.
