Lady on the inside was very rude had poor customer service skills I was at the front desk trying to pick up an order that I previously paid for online she stopped serving me went to pick up somebody else's order and call them to the front handed them their order then proceeded to help me

I ordered really quick online and it was ready by the time I got there. Friendly staff and really good food! I'm not vegan but my bf is vegetarian so I wanted him to try the birria so I got him the ramen because he is a little under the weather. We love the birria and consome. The tacos dorados so crunchy and tasty, we will be back! Worth the wait because I kept missing you guys after 8 haha and I heard about you on IG and have been wanting to try your food for so long. Finally! Worth the wait!

thought i give it another try... foods is terrible at this location. customer service sucks here very much. instead of picking up the phone they hang up or no acknowledging when u come in, either they need more staff or just unaware of there poor customer service. GO TO VIVA VEGAN DINER IN UPLAND BETTER LOCATION SINCE THE OWNER IS ALWAYS THERE.

Although the food has a lot of flavor it was extremely oily, tiny portions, the bathroom smelled of sewer and the dining area was cramp. Half of the menu items were crossed out. Would not recommend eating at this location.

First off if you know my post you already know when I say this I’m serious!! RUN NOT WALK!! If you haven’t tried viva vegan you are overdosing and killing your body eating all that meat all day and every day. They have something for everyone burgers, nachos, burritos and pizza all with a little twist. I’m working my way through the menu and have loved everything so far. My favorite asada burrito and ramen hands down!!! Even better than the food is the A 1 customer service ! Every time I come in I’m greeted and well taken care of like I’m family. I can’t not stress the importance of business having this type of excellent customer service it goes a long way! Love the food and the customer service I’ll definitely be back!
