Terrible customer service. Used the drive thru on new years day, a female employee named "Mel" is very rude she needs customer service training, the way she talks to customers is so bad. This is all over them giving me the wrong sauce which is their mistake not mine I wasn't upset until she gave attitude. I know I'll never come back to this location.

Usually food is good and costumer service good as well. But this past sunday they got my order wrong. When i told them they got mad at me and said yes i irdered that. But then said you want a refund. And i was like really why do u ask if u messed up and over charged me. So i said leave it like that and then they say er dnt have ranch after i ordered chicken nuggets. Say that vefore habd my kids wont eat them without ranch.... they ended up giving me a salad ranch bc i insisted. But damn i might not come here again. They wont apologize but have the nerve to get mad at us!
