It’s a little after midnight. I stopped at this location when I need a little bit of food this is the second time it has happened. I ordered a small double instruction no ketchup because allergic to
Ketchup, then what hiI asked for mayonnaise only on both sides of the bread. What do I get? I get two double stacker in bag and ask for a medium frosty. It’s like a milkshake fix your frosty machine. I want my full refund back and I am done I will never go back to the location. I would like my full refund and I will get it. I called that location and no one picked up the phone. If you see any typos, I’m tired and I don’t have an editor so deal with it and I’m speaking into my cell phone
Fry’s where all hard and chicken nuggets tasted spicy when I ask for regular nuggets food wasent made fresh it was made of a quickness

This is the WORST!!! Wendy’s I’ve ever been to ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT SHIFT they are the worst. Staff is rude and even though you ask for fresh food you still end up getting old food and if it’s not old your fries are burnt. I will no longer wast my time nor money at this Wendy’s and I suggest you not too either. They are TRASH!!!

Honestly food here is not disappointing when I get it but the service it absolutely horrible . The lady was not helpful at all. They got my order wrong and my door dasher picked it up when I called to tell her if I can go back and get my correct food she told me no and to call DoorDash for refund ? And make a new order ! Like what ? just give me the right order . I don’t know why she couldn’t help

Customer service was horrible today had several items missing from the order and asked if they would replace missing items she said I need to bring the whole order back including the items my children had already started eating. Worker was very rude was very disappointing.our family generally likes coming here but I personally will not be returning.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy’s today. I ordered a burger and was told they didn’t have the usual cheese. I asked what cheeses they did have, and the manager told me: nacho cheese, asiago, and “the one that comes on the Crispy Crunch sandwich.” I said I’d like the one from the Crispy Crunch (which I later realized is pepper jack), but instead, they gave me my burger with nacho cheese.
I brought it back and explained the mistake. The manager took the burger and added a slice of pepper jack, but it wasn’t melted—it was just a cold slice of cheese sitting on a lukewarm burger. When I pointed this out, she told me, “That cheese doesn’t come melted,” and said there was nothing she could do to melt it. When I asked for a refund, she refused and showed me a slice of the cheese like that somehow proved her point. I even suggested placing the patty and cheese on the grill—something they do for American cheese—but she wasn’t interested in making it right.
Eventually, she seemed to microwave the burger, and I just took it and left. Honestly, the whole interaction was uncomfortable. It’s wild to me that the manager didn’t know the name of the cheese, refused to melt it, and didn’t offer any real resolution. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Wendy’s.

Hi everyone. I ordered online for a drive through order around 10pm when they closed at 12am. i usually give them 10-15 minutes to make the food and get it ready. This time i wait 10 minutes then go to wendys drive thru. i was the only customer and there was about 5 workers. i waited aboout 5 minutes at the window and the guy asked me to drive around to the front. so i waited another 10 minutes then left. i should not have to wait 30 minutes for a 6pc chicken nugget and and a chicken sandwich when i was literally the only customer at the time.
