Some Spanish Manager lady that works there seems to make the rules. Went in with coupons the cashier took and the system registered it. Than she came and says that's not how it works I have to buy something per coupon which is the first time I've ever heard that. Cashier said it was okay, Wendy's system said it was okay. I guess she's above corporate.

The female with no name tag who worked the drive-thru window (possibly Maria, is what the receipt says) was very rude and told us that the company does NOT sell extra BBQ sauce. I know this to be false because, in Palmdale, I purchased the extra sauce YESTERDAY. We had to ask for our receipt because it wasn't given to us like she is legally obligated to provide. The service was terrible, and there was still salt on my fries after I specified NO SALT. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

Food an service, Monday through Friday is good. No complaints. The weekend crew , service is questionable. The young man at the window is bossy, rude, an always says there's no condiments. An park out front. I was the only customer there. Park out front? An this restaurant ain't got no ketchup? Or ghost pepper sauce? Lol. Then you go inside an get it. That young man needs to not work the drive through window . Sincerely. A parent.

Ordered three large combos Fry's we're nasty the burgers had no taste and when I asked for condiments they gave me three ketchup packets and one barbecue sauce again for three combos

I went through drive thru the guy they didn't even greet meet and this is not the first I have gone through there multiple times and I never get greeted .They never have bbq sauce.

We went to Wendy’s drive thru around 9pm from the start the man in the speaker was not welcoming. We ordered the jr bacon biggie bag and the bacon was hard and under cooked and my chicken nuggets were cold. We also got some other things that were cold as well for the amount we paid I say it wasn’t worth it at all the food and service sucks here. Don’t recommend this Wendy’s if u want it fresh.

Can we please have people working the window that can communicate clearly and effectively. My complete breakfast order was supposed to be a sausage biscuit with no egg.Not only cheese, mornings and early mornings are a crucial time frame from a fellow food worker myself.Not happy, waste of time, energy, and money.Thank you

The time is now 7:26 a.m. and the dining room is closed. The door says, dining room hours of operation began at 6:30 a.m. . I am unable to order food. I cannot fit my truck through the drive-through.

He had employee close drive up window in my face. Went into the dine in. Asked for manager name and corporate number to make complaint from cashier. They called him Vincent. He told us wrong name and different number, and was even more rude. I will be reporting this on my social sites.
