Every time I go there to eat the food is sloppy, meat uncooked, or they don’t give me my full order. The workers there suck and they are so rude. No one them know how to cook. It’s seriously not that hard to make a burger or a crispy wrap. It’s like they don’t take there time to make the food. If ur unhappy with your job then quit, there’s no need to be rude and raise your voice at customers. I bet the boss or manager isn’t a great one. CARL’S JR S WAY BETTER😁.

With the new online system there's no fast food anymore, before used to be like 2 minutes wait per customer now it's like 12 minutes wait per customer plus, don't forget to beg for catch-up, hot sauce, napkins and etc not cheap anymore

Just stopped by to pick up some food for my daughter. The red haired heavy set employee at the front was extremely rude. Ignored me for a few minutes before I asked for help. She didn't even ask what I needed help with and just pointed to the self help kiosk and told me to order there very rudely. She shouldn't be in the service industry with the customer service she gives. I ordered a online pick up order with a bacon cheeseburger without ketchup or mustard but with easy mayo. They made it wrong the first time and after they remade it, they gave me extra mayo and raw bacon. I understand work friends stick together but she was in the wrong. Never coming here again.
