Hole In the Wall Seeker

Spaghetti w meatballs was pretty good. Sopes and fish and chips were also tasty.
Bartender made really good cocktails too. The greeter/server forgot about our togo order and it was sitting on the counter for awhile. We just stood there until it seemed it was taking too long and asked about it smh.

Was given the wrong burger, when I told the girl she just stared at me and said "yea" then walked away. When I told another lady she asked if I wanted them to "cook an egg and jalapenos" and bring them to me. This was unacceptable since the burger was also missing bacon, had the wrong cheese, had a sauce that wasn't on the menu, and wasn't even hot, and the fries seemed old or cooked in old oil. She adjusted the $2 difference for the burger but it should have been remade. The staff all seemed grumpy, frustrated, and untrained. I will probably not eat here again.

Service was not good. We were never asked about drinks, slow to the table, waitress never checked on us once food was brought out. When food was brought out I ordered a margarita, it showed up after I paid the bill and it tasted like it was mixed with toilet water. The food was good but not $$$ worth.

My party of three arrived 7:15 pm for a 7:30 reservation. We were told there would be a 20 min wait. Hostess looked our way as we sat at the non smoking casino area(adjacent to the hostess podium) several times. I saw many white people get seated right away without a reservation. I went up to the hostess for an update at 8 pm and she responded with, "oh, your reservation was a while ago!" We sat down at about 8:05 pm. No one acknowledged us for 20 mins. We walked out. Worst service ever. The hostess had no knowledge of the menu or any type of customer service skills. We drive to Casa Ramos in Willows instead where we were sat down immediately and served promptly. Go to Casa Ramos or 5th Street Steakhouse instead. Spend your money at places that value you as a customer.

My husband and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while before actually making our way to Colusa. The advertisement made it look like a cool place to try. We had a Friday evening (7:30) reservation, and the place was nearly empty. We opted to get drinks and an appetizer before ordering dinner. Drinks were okay (margarita and a lemon drop) but the appetizer platter was not good. The best thing we tasted was the complimentary biscuits. We decided against ordering dinner based on the appetizer. Bummer.

Waited over an hour for food to be served. Server was sweet and thoughtful. Restaurant not full yet took a majorly long time. Had reservations at 7:15, arrived and waited in line for 20 min until we were helped. Staff seemed new and not seasoned/trained/experienced/knowledgeable. Will not return for awhile.

Server was friendly and enthusiastic. We waited over 30 minutes for meal to come. There were missing items and one of steaks was cooked incorrectly. The did replace it. Cost of steaks vs size and thickness not worth it. However, homemade biscuits were delicious. It was a holiday and a lot of diners and 3 cooks

It took forever for our order to be taken, once it was it was over an hour for our food to be brought out to us. Our waitress never came to at least give us an update, we had to finally ask her what was taking so long only to be told that they were working hard in the kitchen but never really given a reason for the delay. Once we did get our food, it was not so great. My daughter ordered her hamburger to have no pink, the outside was burnt and the inside pink and no flavor. My husband's steak had no flavor and my food was cold. For the price of the food it was poor quality and service. We will never go back again.

Was not pleased to learn last minute that the prices had changed & the choices were now limited !! Love the restaurant & staff !! Bands are always great !! We have been coming for months but was very disappointed in the change to the menu !! Increase price - decrease food !! ?

We had a party of four with reservations - we were seated immediately when we arrived. Our waitress Carla was friendly and took great care of our table. The food was very tasty and perfectly prepared. We will definitely be back!

It took over 20 min to get a drink because the bartender was also a server. The scallop and shrimp plate was not worth $24. It was 3 scallops and 3 large shrimp. It seems pricey. The band was very loud but adjusted as they saw people covering their ears.

My boyfriend and I saw the branded butcher on a commercial and decided it would be our next date night. It was quite the drive for us but we had a great time! The food and the value of the food was amazing! Our server, Sabrina, was also amazing! A server can really make or break your experience and she made ours! The only complaint would be the volume of the live band. They were really good and had a great song selection but the volume was too loud for a dining space. It would make sense if they got louder toward the end of the night when people were up and dancing but we ate earlier and it was definitely too loud.

Band was really good but too loud as we had to yell to talk. Just down a bit in volume would have been perfect. Excellent value in the Rib Dinner Special. Lots of food, tasted amazing. The steak salad was lack luster and served in a very frustrating manner...huge strips of steak on top of way too much lettuce made for a messy situation...trying to cut the steak into bite sized pieces without getting the salad everywhere was impossible. The bloody mary from the bar was awful...sent it back. The SERVICE was AMAZING!! Our server was friendly, helpful, on-the-spot and very positive. Despite the challenges mentioned above, we had a good time and will be back.

Went on all you can eat Crab night. Did not have Crab dinner. Ordered appetizers 15 minutes before ordering main meals. Appetizers came out cold and within 3 minutes, ours main meals showed up. I guess the kitchen was so caught up on "All you can eat crab" they did our order all at once. My Neal was missing items, my wife's did not get her salad until after main meal was delivered. Our waitress got no support from staff. That was the very bad side of this experience. "NOW FOR THE BEST SIDE" Our waitress was a sweetheart, we met her at the Jack's Place and she promoted your restaurant. She is very polite and happy, always has a smile. She felt very bad about our experience and got the assistant manager involved. Because our experience was so bad, our entire meal was comped. We still have hope and will give your restaurant another try tonight.
