My mom and I love coming here for breakfast if wake up early enough lol—it’s kind of our little tradition. This McDonald’s is super clean, with big windows that make it feel bright and nice inside. The worker who helped us was so sweet and attentive, even during the busy breakfast rush, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quick and was delicious as always! Just gotta come at the right time! It can get a little chilly inside, so a jacket doesn’t hurt. Still, love this spot!

Right directly across from the location is a rice bowl plant owned by depue there was an overwhelming dust cloud leading up to the door There is even dust on the windows and door handles entering the building
Look up the harm that rice dust from the factory can cause !!!

I ordered a crispy mc-chicken and got a burger. I don’t eat beef, I went back and got a chicken burger and check out the picture! I would alarm the owners of this restaurant that the standards are really low

Sorry I do not like having to use a kiosk to order my food. I like the interactions with other people. I have not wakes for 3 years now . After a work Accident tore everymucle in my shoulder plus the bicep tendon. Walk in to McDonald's and rhe people whereabouts standing there, After 6min. I asked is anyone taking orders. And I came up to tell me that this is now testing just having every ordering though the kiosk. I said mam can I put in my order please? She just pointed to the kiosk i said no thank you I would like a double cheeseburger and a large drink please.
The manager said I have to use the kiosk.
I shook my head no thankyou!!

Our food was cold bland and tasteless even for McDonald's... The coffee was not made at all the way we ordered it and maybe the options we chose aren't offered but how would we know when the kiosk is our ONLY customer service?
Coffee tasted absolutely awful!! Like they didn't even use fresh coffee grounds that day to make it, and just put fresh water in yesterday's coffee. It was first thing in the morning too not like it been sitting for a while.
I will definitely be avoiding the Williams McDonald's in the future!
Ordered sausage egg McMuffins hash browns and coffee and it was $30 wasted

30min+ in drive thru line only 3 cars in front of us, one sat for 20 min at mic. As the line grew and grew, no one was answering drive thru when we pulled up, no signs up it was broken, plenty of workers viewed inside. Only 1 window open for money and food. It looked like people were just downloading the app and ordering while we were all stuck there. A little communication would have gone a long way if something was wrong.

It's McDonald's and it was convenient. The chicken wrap had so much ranch it was pouring out the bottom, maybe 4 shreds of cheese and minimal lettuce. Burger buns were stale. But, it's McDonald's...
