I got the 5 dollar special meal of 4 chicken mc nuggets. Chicken sandwich, fries & drink. Hot fresh and quick service.

I use the mobile app and I ordered a 20 piece with two cheeseburgers and a large fry. I got to the window and I paid for it and then when I got to the second windows were like yeah can I park you? We are still clicking your fries and chicken nuggets I said, of course, but when they have brought the food out to me, I didn’t check until after the fact, I left the chicken nuggets are hard as a rock and the french fries were not fresh. None of it was fresh. This is something that Williams McDonald’s really needs to work on every time I come to there nothing‘s ever refresh. It’s like I have to go in the store and literally bicker at them. I shouldn’t have to do that. They should automatically already get my food fresh. This one I had never happened if Irma was still there running it whoever you got running and now is obviously not doing a good job. This McDonald’s used to be the best and now it is the poorest when it comes to serving food, they do not have good quantity at all specially being cold all the time. I feel like this is something that everyone that works in McDonald’s, including the corporate should work on this. Does this used to be the best McDonald’s and now it’s ran down to the ground. As much money I spent, I am real disappointed in the food Quality my food should’ve been hot and fresh. That is why they parked me. Hope to see y’all do better, but I’m not sure if that’s ever gonna happen because all I heard is complaints about this McDonald’s all the time now.

I used the drive through to get a fish sandwich meal. I had to wait a lot longer than I expected at the window to get my meal, which is becoming normal for all McDonald's. The company can't seem to remember the concept of fast food. They run skeleton crews while charging premium prices. When I finish got my meal,I was not at all happy. The fries aren't any good anymore. I think they leave them sitting a lot longer than they used to. The sandwich was just thrown together without any kind of care. Most of the cheese was hanging off the side and a blob of tartar sauce was plopped onto the edge of the fish patty with most of it in the box the sandwich came in, making a mess of everything. With it all over the bun and the box, it was difficult getting the sandwich out without getting sauce everywhere. And since most of the sauce was still on the box, most of the sandwich was really dry and unappealing. With the money they charge these days, there's no way food that bad is worth going there for

I ordered a coffee and spicy chicken wrap. I was in the drive thru and ask to move to the front of the building in parking spot 1. There was a car in parking spot 1 and 2 and 3. I parked next to parking spot 1. I waited 20 min. The car in parking spot 1 got their food. I saw people walk in and walk out with food while I waited. When I walk into the store, I had to get in line to complain. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO GET INTO A LINE TO COMPLAIN AT A MCDONALDS. The first few people in front of me wanted fresh food. After I saw the wait for fresh food, I decided I just wanted a refund. Nobody knew how to do a refund, except the girl who was eating fries that were dropped from an order. The remained of the fries were throw away. This girl who i disliked, was only one who knew how to refund my purchase. This frie eater had me refunded and out of the store within 2 min once she started the process. I saw 8 employees and I saw chaos. I blame management for my experience. I am glad I got the refund because I never saw my spicy chicken wrap. I called a number provided on the receipt, the person who answer took my phone number and told me someone from restaurant would call me. I never got a call. I know there will be a computer regenerate message after this post.

The staff are friendly but too busy having their own conversations, instead of helping customers. I did a mobile order for fries and a coke while sitting in the dining room (easier than the kiosks), I sat for 20 minutes before going up to ask and it took a few minutes before they paused their and helped me. Well the fries had been sitting since to the side for about 15 minutes.They said they had called it out but I had been sitting there the entire time. So I asked for them to be made fresh and they walked away and gave me “new” fries with in 20 seconds. They were the same cold fries that I ended up throwing out.

They also do not have a changing station. Forcing me to change my baby on a table in the dining room. McDonald’s use to be oriented around families but that is obviously not the case since they can’t even provide a clean, private place to change a baby.

Also, want to add, that is was probably 55° in the dining room.

This place was terrible. I ordered my food at 12:17. It didn't come till twelve forty three. There were a lot of other people waiting for their food, but the drive through just kept coming and coming and coming and coming. There were other people who came there ordered their food to go and they got theirs faster, then the people who's when to eat there.

It must be about 55° in this place & the employees say they have no control over the thermostat, even though they say several people have complained & the temperature makes it an uncomfortable work environment.

Remote app order. Took awhile to be acknowledged at the drive thru. Seemed understaffed. Quality of the breakfast sandwich was on par with McDonald's standards, tasty! The oil needed changing from the taste of the hash browns though. That is something I make note of when I eat at McDonald's (which I do frequentlyfor breakfast it's my favorite in the whole world), whether the oil is changed soon enough. You can always tell from the taste of the hash browns, and here I did not finish the hash browns because they didn't taste good. I would say about 30% of the time the oil needs changing and I take that as an indicator of the quality of the management. It's probably a pain to change it but to keep the standard McDonald's probably expects it should be done sooner rather than later.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous! I ordered two meals and did the curbside pickup and the first meal took over 40 minutes while others were walking in and walking out with their food. I went inside and asked for my food and they said “They were working on it.” It took another 20 minutes for the second meal. I understand if maybe I just don’t have patience but I have never waited so long for my food!

Service was so slow that it would have been faster to drive out of this isolated area to anywhere else, or even to go to a non-fast-food restaurant to either sit or get takeout. The latter would not have cost more either. Find another option.
