My wife and I love flautas and we have never really been able to find a place that does them well but here at Mima’s Taqueria, they are the best flautas that we have ever had. We will always come back here, not only for the flautas, but for the amazing service and the rest of the amazing food that they have here especially their delicious chorizo. passing thru town on a road trip to the mountains and found this GEM. the food was super fresh, especially the guacamole. tasted like the avocado and cilantro were grown out back. got a cheese quesadilla abbas bean burrito for the kids which was perfect and an al pastor torta for myself. gluten free wife got a quesdilla on corn tortilla. all excellent.
Best tacos in town hands down. Every time I come to Colusa this place is a must stop for food...

Great Friendly Staff and Service! The food here is delicious and very flavor full! The Quesabirrias are made to perfection Crunchy and Packed with Every bite. The consume is the perfect addition to the Quesabirrias. They also have a really good Super Quesadilla which I like to get.
