My wife and I love flautas and we have never really been able to find a place that does them well but here at Mima’s Taqueria, they are the best flautas that we have ever had. We will always come back here, not only for the flautas, but for the amazing service and the rest of the amazing food that they have here especially their delicious chorizo. Keep this place on your bucket list.

Cons: 90% potatoes that are chunky and could be cooked more, they would be better crispy and smaller. Not too much meat/ flavour on meat could be better

passing thru town on a road trip to the mountains and found this GEM. the food was super fresh, especially the guacamole. tasted like the avocado and cilantro were grown out back. got a cheese quesadilla abbas bean burrito for the kids which was perfect and an al pastor torta for myself. gluten free wife got a quesdilla on corn tortilla. all excellent.
