I always love getting subway because I can order on the app, but they usually mess up the order in Colusa not paying attention to what each sandwich ordered what is wanted on it!!!!!. Not to be rude, but to help you out it happens 80% of the time. Please read the tag.

The Gentlemen had the best customer service, He makes the food so good its almost too good to eat, everything was also fresh and he was very kind, raise is very much deserved.

I walked in and I was greeted with snobby looks and attitude and after them just standing around for five minutes or being helped I walked off the other customer just kept looking at me from the looks they were giving her in my opinion not how you run a business or bring customers back

Came here for a long time but they got rid of the regular diced chicken and replaced it with some nasty mush they call "rotisserie chicken". They still have the normal chicken at every other subway. I've tried to eat it 3 times and everytime my stomach gets upset and super bad heartburn. A d then I burp it up all day Like I ate a Costco hot dog. Yuck ? I'll go back if you bring back the old chicken.

Look at the disgraceful number of stars this place has!! In a town with very few choices of where to eat, this place should be liked and appreciated by the towns people. But the fact that they refuse to have specials, like all other Subways do ... and refuse to accept any coupons, like all other Subways do, shows you the level of stinginess and greed these people have. The lack of appreciation for the community they serve. Clearly just wanting to extract as much money out of our town as possible and offer nothing back for loyal customers, like coupons. I don't give 2 stars because the food is so bad or the service is so bad. I give 2 stars for the fact that these people don't know how to run a business and have no appreciation for their town or their loyal customers. I really wanted to leave just one star, but I feel kind of sorry for them.

I went in a couple days ago, and i'm not the type of person to leave a review but me and my other colleagues will be leaving a review because we cannot believe a RACIST has been hired at this place. When asked for her name she refused but later on it was given to us, VALHANNA is racist she talks about certain races doing bomb threats and all mexicans being related to each other and i can't imagine what else she has said and she sees NOTHING wrong with it. My other colleagues felt super uncomfortable as well. We will not take down our reviews until we see she has been fired. The owner has done a shitty job hiring employees which makes me believe he partakes in this racism. it's 2022 these racist need to be put on a leash.

I went to the Colusa California Subway last week at 8:40 pm. The open sign was still on, but when I went in they said they were closed already. I asked well why does your sign say open... Very poor customer service. I get off work later in the evening so I usually eat at later times. If you close at 9 pm then that's when you start cleaning and put stuff away... Worst service I've ever had since the store originally opened...

They just REFUSED to accept Subway coupons... coupons issued from Subway, mailed to my door. The workers said their boss won't allow them to accept coupons. Do you realize how PATHETIC this looks?

I just go in here anymore. The owner (or manager) guy always has a mask on but pulled below his chin. Some girl made my sandwich with no mask on at all. There was a guy there who DID have a mask on but he was the only one I saw. My worst issue with this Subway before Covid was that the tomatoes have always clearly been sliced the night before and then refrigerated, and so by the time they're ready to go in a sandwich they're mealy and almost translucent looking. These are literally the worst tomatoes I've ever consistently seen at any Subway sandwich place, and it's been that way for years with no improvement. The prices have climbed higher and higher and Subway has recently revamped the menu and it's still as bad and unfulfilling as ever (in the 1980s it was good). The worst part about this place, aside from the Covid issues and complete ongoing lack of regard for customers and their health and the health of the community at large, is that after you eat this subpar "food" on subpar bread you never really feel satisfied and like you had a meal. You do at Granzellas, you do at the newish panini place in Colusa where they serve paninis on ciabatta bread, but here it's just tasteless air and leaves you (me) unsatisfied. The prices are also ridiculous now, especially for the level of quality. Note to the owner. Why not end your Subway franchisee status and have a REAL deli sandwich experience in Colusa, a town of buritos and tacos and not much else. This is all subpar and made worse by things like pre-slicing the tomatoes to the point when they go in sandwiches they're almst translucent (and definitely mealy in texture). The mask issue is really the thing I will never get over. With Omicron being so contagious and an outbreak in schools in nearby Yuba City going on right now and absolutely no protection for customers here, I just can't shop here anymore. I'll drive the extra miles to Granzella's to get a real sandwich. You don't support my health, I don't support your business.
