Love the costumer service i was greeted , the employee who took my order provided patience and was very helpful on making a delicious decision . He was so polite i had to ask for his name is Jose , turns out he is the manager of this location. I will definitely come back

I just visited this location recently, I want to say thank you so much for the great customer service as well as the food quality. The service was fast and the food was excellent! Will be stopping by pretty soon :)

“Decent Fast-Food Experience”

This fast-food place was okay. The sandwiches were decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfying. The restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quick and simple meal.

Once I arrived there was no line I was the only person in line to order. I waited 15 minutes while the manager is the front on the side in between the door the leads to customers and employees, she is having a personal conversation with a friend while on the clock which shows unprofessionalism. A employee comes from the back very rude to take my order. He acted like he didn’t want to take my order, I told him I have the app to gain points for my rewards. He told me no I can just scan my receipt once I received it. That made me very upset. Once received my food, fries was cold, my strawberry lemonade was water down due it not being made fresh from the container like it’s always in. I would not go back due to service .

Terrible customer service, the guys who serve are very rude and have little attitude towards the consumer. After I paid for an extra sauce that I ordered, they made me wait to give it to me while I was in front of them and they practically threw it at me, very rude.

Super bad customer service, placed a combo order for my husband and placed another order for me very apart from a combo when delivering the order indicates that they did not combine the order at any time it was ordered like this but separately, it is missing too much empathy for the teller Alexandra and active listening, the person in charge did not even know what to do, how to return the money and the answer is that it takes 4 to 5 days to return it, the bank and Encina makes the first return wrong and I have to complain to him for the rest, and in a defiant way he tells me that if I want to talk to the manager, I should come back tomorrow morning, that doesn't speak very well of the place.
