Staff turn me away and other customers 30 minutes before closing, we picked up food from other restaurants around and the 4 person staff just kept standing by the register turning down more customers, Google says it closes at 9 PM, not 8:30 PM

I asked for a cup of water with my order and they informed me that they don’t offer free water. What kind of restaurant doesn’t offer water to patrons?
Barely any chicken on the small California Chicken. Literally less than one chicken strip's worth. Bun was untoasted despite it being requested - very skippable experience

It was extremely hot. I got the buffalo wings, fries and watermelon lemonade. The fries and watermelon lemonade were good. The chicken was plain with no buffalo sauce. I see why they ask if you want to purchase sauce for $.76. Definitely will not get that again.

Fast quality service, product was fresh and taste great, noticed managers helping in action 👍 lobby was packed with customers waiting in line to order. Would for sure recomend.

This was my first time coming to Citadel and decided to eat lunch at charelys here and i really liked the cheesteak and loved the fries they were cruncy and perfectly seasoned the service was also good i dropped my fries and they were happy to give me a replacement for free!.

Love the costumer service i was greeted , the employee who took my order provided patience and was very helpful on making a delicious decision . He was so polite i had to ask for his name is Jose , turns out he is the manager of this location. I will definitely come back
