Ordered Birria tacos and consome for my kids, when asked if everything on it I clearly said no I wanted them plain because my kids don't eat cilantro and onion. When I got the food it had cilantro and onion I told the young lady that I ordered them plain and she got mad and gave the worst attitude and customer service called me a liar and said that's the way I had ordered them, I insisted that's not the way I did and I wanted them replaced, she finally took the food back after a long discussion since she kept insisting i had ordered them this way and kept calling me a liar. I was amazed to see the anger and frustration she had when the only thing I was asking for was to get my food fixed. Worst customer service we have experienced will never go back.
The service is terrible, change the staff if you don't want to go bankrupt they don't know that if it's not for the customers the place doesn't maintain 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀eye eye eye please I hope the owner sees that the food is not bad just the service is terrible

I should’ve read the reviews before going and we were first time customers my husband ordered 5 birria tacos and they gave us soft tacos which is fine he didn’t specify that we wanted “dorados” he goes back and says if he can have dorados and the cashier tells him yes but they’re $5 each she assumed when we ordered didn’t ask us what kind and my husband kindly paid for 5 tacos again. The cashiers attitude was horrible and we definitely will not be returning.

I got some chicken tacos. The meat looked white/grey. Zero flavor. It was just boiled chicken not seasoned or marinated at all. Besides it being bland, it made my stomach hurt after eating.
