The hotel has a good location and the staff is very friendly, but the cleanliness and maintenance have a lot to be desired.Our room had garbage on the side of the bed and the bureau, food, snacks, chili peppers, condom wrappers, it was very unpleasant.We asked them to help us clean the room and they only swept it, commenting that we had moved the bed and those areas are not cleaned. The price of the room is not economical so that they do not clean their rooms neatly. Zero recommended.

On check-in in, they wanted $25 for resort fee that was not mentioned at online check-in. I had a tug of war with the manager, but that was waived eventually. Got to the room and took an hour nap. I got up and dropped the TV remote. Bent down to pick it up, lifted the bed spread. And there on the carpet was a plunger from a hypodermic needle. I called the front desk and told them what I found. In a non surprised way, he says, "I'll send someone up." I said."I want the full bed stripped and remade." After 1/2 hour and 3 more front desk calls , housekeeping shows up and picks up the needle plunger, throws a flat bed sheet on top of the bed, and mumbles something on the way out. She doesn't come back in 15 minutes. I call the front desk. I told them she didn't strip or make the bed. Long story short, three more calls I finally had to go down and talk to a manager. The issue was resolved. After 2.5 hours, It could be a nice place. But it wasn't. I won't go again. Poor management.Rooms: Nice rooms. But we're not thoroughly Cleaned.

The floors were teaming with eager card players! I stopped by for a minute, long enough to see thousands of people sitting at tables having a good time. I'm not a card player per say, but those who were... really seemed to enjoy it. I know from past experiences that the rooms and services were really nice. I only give it 4 out of 5 because when I think "casino".... I think not only cards, but roulette, electronic games and dice. But if you only like card games.... This is your place!
